7月27日,作為唯一受邀參會發言的中國城市,重慶參加了由哥倫比亞阿布拉谷大都市區舉辦的首屆大都會智慧城市論壇。哥倫比亞阿布拉谷大都市區由10個位于阿布拉谷的城市組成,以麥德林市為核心,致力于規劃和協調該區域的可持續發展,尤其是在公共交通、城市環境、土地規劃等領域。該論壇旨在通過討論城市生活發展趨勢、挑戰以及運用技術、信息和通信提高市民生活質量的成功案例,交流經驗、互相學習和加強對話。此外,參加本次論壇的還有阿根廷布宜諾斯艾利斯、巴西圣保羅、美國圣安東尼奧、德國紐倫堡、西班牙巴塞羅那、英國倫敦等城市。
論壇為期4天,分別就“智慧城市建設”“數字城市的挑戰和經驗”“城市智能和創新生態系統”“軟件谷的可持續發展”4個主題進行探討。我市南華中天信息技術有限公司副總經理、運營總監姜白在首日“智慧城市建設”的分論壇上發言,分享重慶智慧城市建設的具體案例和經驗。據姜白介紹,智慧城市是新型城市的升級版,是未來城市的高級形態。從大邏輯來看,智慧城市建設分為循序漸進4個階段的迭代,從數字化到網絡化再到智能化,最終到智慧化。重慶新型智慧城市建設,計劃到2025年將基本實現“智慧生活全民共享、城市治理全網覆蓋、政務服務全渝通辦、生態宜居全域美麗、數字經濟全面融合、信息設施全城連接”的目標,并力爭成為全國知名、具有鮮明特色和創新引領性的大數據智能化應用示范城市。
On July 27, as the only Chinese city invited to speak at the conference, Chongqing participated in the First Metropolitan Smart City Forum organized by Aburrá Valley Metropolitan Area in Colombia. The Aburrá Valley Metropolitan Area in Colombia is composed of 10 cities located in the Aburrá Valley. With Medellin as the core, it is committed to planning and coordinating the sustainable development of the region, especially in public transportation, urban environment, land planning, etc. The forum aims to exchange experiences, learn from each other and strengthen dialogue by discussing urban life development trends, challenges, and successful cases of using technology, information and communications to improve the life quality of citizens. In addition, cities such as Buenos Aires in Argentina, S?o Paulo in Brazil, San Antonio in the United States, Nuremberg in Germany, Barcelona in Spain and London in the United Kingdom participated in this forum.
The forum lasted for four days and discussed the four themes of "Smart City Construction", "Digital City Challenges and Experiences", "Urban Intelligence and Innovation Ecosystem", and "Sustainable Development of Software Valley". Jiang Bai, deputy general manager and operation director of Zenith Information Technology Co., Ltd., spoke at the sub-forum of "Smart City Construction" on the first day, sharing specific cases and experiences of Chongqing's smart city construction. As Jiangbai introduces, smart city is an upgraded version of a new type of city and an advanced form of the future city. Judging from the big logic, the construction of smart cities is divided into four phases of iteration, from digitization to networking, then to intellectualization, and finally to intelligence. The construction of a new type of smart city in Chongqing is planned to basically achieve the goal of "smart life shared by all, entire urban governance network coverage, government services handled across Chongqing, holistic ecological livability, full integration of the digital economy, and information facilities connected throughout the city" by 2025 and strive to become a nationally well-known, distinctive and innovative big data intelligent application demonstration city.
