領(lǐng)事官員盛贊石柱:人文底蘊(yùn)厚重，生態(tài)環(huán)境良好，康養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)大有可為

7月18日至20日，埃塞俄比亞駐重慶總領(lǐng)事安特能、菲律賓駐重慶總領(lǐng)事瑪友、柬埔寨駐重慶領(lǐng)事洪帕倪等應(yīng)邀出席由民革中央、重慶市政協(xié)主辦，中國中藥協(xié)會(huì)協(xié)辦的中國·重慶（石柱）第五屆康養(yǎng)大會(huì)，并深度體驗(yàn)石柱土家族自治縣厚重的歷史人文、秀美的自然風(fēng)光和優(yōu)良的生態(tài)環(huán)境，近距離感知石柱縣康養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。

7月19日，石柱縣委副書記、代理縣長郭小萍會(huì)見領(lǐng)事官員一行。郭小萍代表石柱縣委、縣政府對各位嘉賓表示歡迎，并介紹石柱縣基本情況、中國·重慶（石柱）第五屆康養(yǎng)大會(huì)有關(guān)情況，表達(dá)了對未來交往合作的愿景。她表示，希望通過此次會(huì)面，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與各國領(lǐng)事機(jī)構(gòu)的聯(lián)系與溝通，促進(jìn)石柱與相關(guān)國家在康養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、招商引資、友城結(jié)好等領(lǐng)域的深度合作。

領(lǐng)事官員一致表示，石柱是一個(gè)非常美麗的地方，充滿發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ诖磥砼c石柱在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、友城結(jié)好等方面加強(qiáng)交流合作。

7月20日，領(lǐng)事官員一行出席中國·重慶（石柱）第五屆康養(yǎng)大會(huì)開幕式。活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場，通報(bào)了石柱康養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況;正式發(fā)布《石柱黃連產(chǎn)業(yè)白皮書》;舉行了“西沱古鎮(zhèn)國家4A級旅游景區(qū)”“中國康養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力百強(qiáng)縣”授牌儀式;石柱縣現(xiàn)場簽約9個(gè)康養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目，總投資110.3億元，涉及文旅、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等方面。

在石柱期間，領(lǐng)事官員一行還先后考察萬壽山、千野草場和太陽湖，并觀看了大型土家族歌舞劇《天上黃水》。領(lǐng)事官員們盛贊石柱人文底蘊(yùn)厚重，生態(tài)良好，康養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)大有可為。

“此次參訪讓我領(lǐng)略到了石柱壯美的自然風(fēng)光和豐富的歷史文化。在萬壽山，我看到了男女石柱，了解到‘石柱這個(gè)名字的由來，令我印象非常深刻。”安特能說，石柱縣委、縣政府和當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣癜咽ㄔO(shè)得非常好，發(fā)展成果令人贊嘆。“這次參訪對我來說也是一次很好的學(xué)習(xí)之旅，在此過程中，我看到了如何把發(fā)展和保護(hù)自然結(jié)合到一起，使自然風(fēng)光和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的相得益彰。”

“在萬壽古寨，我了解到石柱的歷史文化，欣賞了土家族歌手演唱《太陽出來喜洋洋》;在千野草場，領(lǐng)略了奇特的自然景觀和秀美風(fēng)光。”瑪友對石柱贊不絕口。她表示，此次參訪令她獲益良多，尤其是秦良玉的故事給她留下了深刻的印象，秦良玉是所有女性的榜樣，她的勇氣和智慧值得世界女性學(xué)習(xí)。

市政府外辦一級巡視員唐文，市政府外辦新聞處、領(lǐng)事處有關(guān)人員參加活動(dòng)。

From July 18th to 20th， Anteneh Tariku， Ethiopian Consul General in Chongqing， Flerida Mayo， Philippine Consul General in Chongqing， Hun Phanith+， Cambodian Consul in Chongqing etc. were invited to attend the 5th China Health and Senior Care Conference， Shizhu， Chongqing， organized by the Central Committee of the Democratic Revolutionary Party and CPPCC Chongqing and co-organized by China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and deeply experienced Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County's profound history and culture， breathtaking natural scenery and superior ecological environment， as well as learnt about the development of Shizhu County's health and wellness industry at a close distance.

On July 19， Guo Xiaoping， deputy secretary of the CPC Shizhu County Committee and acting county mayor， met with the consular officials. On behalf of CPC Shizhu County Committee and the county government， Guo Xiaoping welcomed the guests， introduced the basic profile of Shizhu County， relevant facts and figures about the 5th China Health and Senior Care Conference， Shizhu， Chongqing， and expressed her vision for future exchanges and cooperation. She expressed the hope that through this meeting， the ties and communication with consular agencies of various countries will be further strengthened， and the in-depth cooperation between Shizhu and relevant countries in the development of health and wellness industry， investment promotion， friendship cities and other fields will be promoted.

Consular officials unanimously agreed that Shizhu is a picturesque place full of development potential， and they look forward to fortifying exchanges and cooperation with Shizhu in terms of industrial development and friendship cities in the future.

On July 20， consular officials attended the opening ceremony of the 5th China Health and Senior Care Conference， Shizhu， Chongqing. At the conference site， the development update of the Shizhu health and wellness industry was notified; the White Paper on Shizhu's Coptis Chinesis Industry was officially released; the award ceremony of the "National 4A-level Tourist Attraction of Xituo Ancient Town" and the "Top 100 Counties with Sustainable Development Capacity of the Health and Wellness Industry in China" was held; Shizhu County signed 9 health and wellness industry projects with a total investment of 11.03 billion yuan， involving aspects such as cultural tourism and infrastructure construction.

During their stay in Shizhu， the consular officials also visited Wanshou Mountain， Qianye Prairie and Sun Lake successively， and watched the large-scale Tujia song and dance drama Yellow Water in the Sky. The consular officials commended Shizhu's rich cultural heritage， superior ecology， and promising health and wellness industry.

"This visit gave me a touch of the spectacular natural scenery and rich history and culture of Shizhu. In Wanshou Mountain， I saw the male and female stone pillars and learned the origin of the name 'Shizhu （stone pillars）'， which impressed me deeply. "Anteneh Tariku said that the CPC Shizhu County Committee， the county government and the local people have built the Shizhu very well， and the development results are simply amazing. "This visit is also a good learning trip for me. In the process， I saw how to combine development and nature protection， so that natural scenery and infrastructure construction complement each other."

"In Wanshou Ancient Village， I learned about the history and culture of Shizhu， and watched Tujia singers sing The Sun Shines Joyously; at Qianye Prairie， I experienced the distinctive natural landscape and beautiful scenery." Mayo couldn't stop her praises for Shizhu. She said that this visit has benefited her a lot， especially Qin Liangyu's story left a deep impression on her. Qin Liangyu serves a role model for all women in the world for she exhibited great courage and wisdom.
