艾灸配合紅外線照射對肩關節炎患者VAS評分及關節功能改善情況的影響

[摘要] 目的 觀察艾灸聯合紅外線對肩關節炎患者的實施效果。 方法 以2019年4月至2020年4月我院收治90例肩關節炎患者為實驗對象，按照隨機數字表法分為試驗組45例，實施艾灸聯合紅外線。對照組45例，實施常規西藥治療，比較兩組有效率、肩部關節功能、生活質量、負性情緒、心理狀態。 結果 試驗組臨床有效率93.40%高于對照組75.60%（P<0.05）。治療后，與對照組比較，試驗組關節活動度（ROM）評分、健康調查簡表（SF-36）評分較高，視覺模擬評分法（VAS）、焦慮自評量表（SAS）、抑郁自評量表（SDS）較低（P<0.05）。 結論 艾灸聯合紅外線照射可有效緩解肩關節炎患者疼痛，增加肩關節活動度，在改善患者生活質量、負面情緒方面有積極作用，臨床價值高。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the application efficacy of moxa-moxibustion combined with infrared radiation in patients with omarthritis. Methods A total of 90 patients with omarthritis admitted to and treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were taken as the experimental objects. And they were divided into the experimental group （n=45， with moxa-moxibustion combined with infrared radiation） and the control group （n=45， with conventional western medicine treatment） according to the random number table method. The effective rate， shoulder joint function， quality of life（QoL）， negative emotion and psychological state of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 93.40%， which was higher than 75.60% of the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the scores of ROM and SF-36 in the experimental group were higher， while the scores of visual analogue scale （VAS）， self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Moxa-moxibustion combined with infrared radiation can effectively relieve the pain of patients with omarthritis and increase the range of motion of shoulder joints. It has positive effect and high clinical value on improving the QoL and negative emotion of patients.
