“服務保障中國—東盟外長特別會、瀾湄合作外長會”我們承諾：嚴守紀律 聽從指揮 團結協作 勠力攻堅

2021年6月4日，重慶市政府外事辦公室舉行“服務保障中國—東盟外長特別會、瀾湄合作外長會”承諾儀式。辦黨組書記、主任章勇武作動員講話，并帶領部分參與服務保障人員許下莊嚴承諾。

章勇武在動員講話中指出，紀念中國—東盟建立對話關系30周年特別外長會和瀾滄江—湄公河合作第六次外長會在重慶召開，是中央交辦的重要任務。辦好此次會議，有利于促進中國與東盟國家合作交流，有利于促進中國與東盟國家之間的友誼。

章勇武表示，作為這次會議的參與者、見證者，我們深感光榮和自豪。他對克服重重困難，主動請纓到接待一線的工作人員給予肯定;對在外圍負責會議服務保障、默默奉獻的同志給予點贊;表示外辦全體領導將和大家一起并肩作戰，共同迎接風險挑戰，共同揮灑智慧和汗水，共同收獲勝利和喜悅。

章勇武強調，辦好這次會議，要嚴守紀律、聽從指揮、團結協作、勠力攻堅，要按照外交部的指導要求和辦黨組安排，認真做好服務保障各項工作，確保整個服務保障工作安全、有力、有序進行。

李文強同志作為代表，在發言中說作為一名即將退休的黨員，被安排負責交通保障任務感到十分光榮，非常珍惜機會，將踐行初心使命，以實際行動做好服務保障工作，在慶祝中國共產黨成立100周年之際，向黨交出一份合格答卷。

On June 4， 2021， the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government held the commitment ceremony of "serving and guaranteeing Special ASEAN-China Foreign Ministers Meeting in Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Dialogue Relations and the 6th Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Foreign Ministers Meeting". Zhang Yongwu， Party leadership group secretary and director general made a mobilization speech and led some service guarantee personnel to make a solemn commitment.

In his mobilization speech， Zhang Yongwu pointed out that the Special ASEAN-China Foreign Ministers Meeting in Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Dialogue Relations and the 6th Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Foreign Ministers Meeting held in Chongqing is a key task assigned by the CPC Central Committee. Holding this conference well is conducive to promoting cooperation and exchanges between China and ASEAN countries and cementing friendship between the two parties.

Zhang Yongwu said that as a participant and witness of this conference， we are deeply honored and proud. He recognized the staff who overcame many difficulties and volunteered to the front line of reception; praised the comrades who contributed to the meeting service guarantee in the periphery. He said that all leaders of the Foreign Affairs Office will work side by side to address the risks and challenges， share wisdom and hard work and harvest victory and joy.

Zhang Yongwu stressed that to run the meeing well， we should strictly abide by discipline， obey command， unite and collaborate， and work hard to overcome difficulties. In accordance with the guidance and requirements of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the arrangements of the Party leadership group， we should conscientiously do a good job in all aspects of service guarantee， and ensure that the entire service guarantee work is carried out in a safe， competent and orderly manner.

Comrade Li Wenqiang， as a representative， said in his speech that as a Party member who is about to retire， he felt very honored to be assigned the task of traffic assurance and cherished the opportunity deeply. He would fulfill his original mission and ensure service guarantee with practical actions. On the occasion of celebrating the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China， he promised to hand over a satisfying answer to the Party.

All the resident leaders of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and some service guarantee personnel of the government offices and directly affiliated units participated in the commitment ceremony.
