9月28日，為期3天的2021年世界互聯網大會烏鎮峰會落下帷幕。本屆大會以“邁向數字文明新時代——攜手構建網絡空間命運共同體”為主題，采用線上線下相結合的方式舉辦，吸引了來自96個國家和地區的2000多位嘉賓參會，其中外賓600余位，包括：印度尼西亞、塞爾維亞、阿聯酋等國家和地區的部長級代表;聯合國副秘書長、世界知識產權組織總干事、全球移動通信系統協會首席執行官等國際組織負責人;互聯網名稱與數字地址分配機構、世界經濟論壇、亞洲基礎設施投資銀行等國際組織高層代表;美中貿易全國委員會會長、中歐數字協會主席、智慧非洲總干事等國際機構負責人;特斯拉、高通、思科、英特爾、諾基亞、卡巴斯基等多家互聯網領軍企業主要負責人;30余位知名中外院士，以及圖靈獎獲得者、國際互聯網名人堂入選者，法國、德國、韓國互聯網之父等10余位全球頂尖學界代表等。

此外，大會期間還舉行了“互聯網之光”博覽會、世界互聯網領先科技成果發布、“直通烏鎮”全球互聯網大賽總決賽、開源生態論壇、企業家高峰論壇、全球抗疫與國際傳播論壇等一系列活動。

The three-day 2021 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit closed on September 28. Themed “Towards a New Era of Digital Civilization — Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace”， this years summit attracted over 2，000 online and offline participants from 96 countries and regions. More than 600 foreign guests， including ministerial-level representatives from Indonesia， Serbia， the UAE， Under Secretary-General of the UN， Director General of World Intellectual Property Organization， heads of leading internet corporations such as Tesla， as well as top scholars.

On the sidelines of the summit， Light of the Internet Expo， release of leading internet scientific and technological achievements， Global Internet Competition of “Straight to Wuzhen” and a host of forums were also organized during the three-day period.

“中國歷代繪畫大系”舉辦階段性成果展覽

Exhibitions on the “Great Series of Ancient Chinese Paintings” Held Across the Nation

從9月底開始，“中國歷代繪畫大系” （下稱“大系”）在浙江、重慶、北京等地舉辦階段性成果展覽?！按笙怠眻F隊為全球存世中國古代繪畫建立了迄今為止保真度最高的圖像資料庫，觀眾能在博物館、美術館一覽“大系”入選繪畫作品的“數字化替身”。

“大系”項目通過對傳世古畫進行數字化處理，成功地辨析、提取出原本剝蝕暗沉、肉眼難辨的畫面、題跋及印跡，實現了文物藏品的“無損傷”修復，并為更好地鑒定作品的傳承譜系提供了新的證據;綜合運用虛擬現實（VR）、增強現實（AR）、3D打印等科技手段，與重慶市大足石刻研究院、四川省安岳石窟研究院等合作，實現了大足石刻245窟、安岳石刻紫竹觀音及整體石窟的數字化建模、1∶1立體化重現及其多媒體虛擬互動體驗，從而讓專業研究者和廣大參觀者可以有來自不同時空的藝術觸動與體悟。

Visitors and art lovers in Zheijang， Chongqing， Beijing and many other places will be able to view the digitized versions of precious extant ancient Chinese paintings all over the world in Chinese museums and art galleries， thanks to the “Great Series of Ancient Chinese Paintings”， a project aimed to collect， compile and publish ancient Chinese paintings. From the end of September 2021， the Great Series， as the project is commonly known， will go on an exhibition tour in Zhejiang province， the cities of Chongqing， Beijing， among other places， to show some of the accomplishments the project has made so far.

Through digital processing， the project has successfully restored ancient Chinese paintings with “zero damage”， and deciphered the inscriptions， images and imprints that were previously difficult to recognize. The restoration effort has provided new evidence for the identification of the ownership of these paintings across different periods.

巴西動畫片亮相第17屆中國國際動漫節

Brazilian Animation Debuts in 17th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival

第17屆中國國際動漫節于9月29日在杭州開幕。巴西精選11部巴西動畫短片在本屆動漫節期間呈現給中國觀眾?！拔覀兎浅８吲d能與中國國際動漫節建立合作，并借此平臺拉近巴西動畫產業和中國市場的距離。”巴西駐華大使保羅 · 瓦萊表示。

據介紹，巴西Rocambole制作公司的策展團隊為本次展映選擇的短片時間跨度為1998年至2018年，涵蓋多個主題，包括巴西動畫影史上的經典之作以及在巴西國內及國際電影節上獲得認可的高技術高審美佳作。巴西動畫制作人及畫師們用他們的創造力，將最為豐富的色彩、聲音、景觀和文化帶上了大熒幕。此次巴西動畫短片特別展映面向各個年齡層的中國觀眾，通過生動有趣的動畫展現巴西和巴西人。

The 17th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival kicked off in Hangzhou on September 29. The Brazilian Embassy in China will present a selection of 11 Brazilian short animation films to Chinese audiences during the festival. “We are very happy to establish cooperation with the China International Cartoon and Animation Festival and use this platform to bring the Brazilian animation industry closer to the Chinese market，” said Paulo Estivallet de Mesquita， Brazils ambassador to China.

According to the Brazilian Embassy in China， the curatorial team of Brazils Rocambole Productions specially selected short films from 1998 to 2018 for the exhibition， covering a wide range of topics， including classics from the history of Brazilian animation as well as masterpieces recognized at domestic and international film festivals. Brazilian animators and artists use their creativity to bring the richest colors， sounds， landscapes and cultures to the big screen. This special exhibition of Brazilian animated short films is aimed at Chinese audiences of all ages， including children， teenagers and adults， who will be able to learn about Brazil and Brazilians through these films.

2021中國國際網絡文學周 · 網絡文學IP發展大會在溫州啟動

The 2021China International Online Literature Week — Online Literature IP Development Conference Convened in Wenzhou

9月28日上午， 2021中國國際網絡文學周 · 網絡文學IP發展大會在溫州啟動，并舉行網絡文學海外市場渠道拓展懇談會。針對網絡文學與產業結合、拓展網絡文學海外市場渠道等話題，與會的網絡作家及網絡文學平臺負責人等展開了對話交流。

近年來，溫州的網絡文學走在全國、全省前列，遍布起點、創世、騰訊文學、17k、晉江原創網等各大網絡文學主要網站，培養了蔣勝男、善水、側側輕寒、陳姍姍等多位國內知名網絡作家，成為中國網絡文學不可忽視的重要力量。其中，蔣勝男的多部作品如《羋月傳》《燕云臺》等被改編成熱播影視劇并翻譯成多國文字。

The 2021China International Online Literature Week — Online Literature IP Development Conference was held in Wenzhou on September 28. Participants discussed the development of overseas marketing channels for online literature， as well as the integration of online literature with industrial development.

Wenzhou has been leading the nation in online literature. Major websites such as Qidian， Tencent literature and 17k have all set up shops in Wenzhou and notable online literature authors including Jiang Shengnan， Shanshui， Cece Qinghan and Chen Shanshan came from Wenzhou as well. Indeed， a number of works by Jiang Shengnan， such as Mi Yue Zhuan （The Legend of Mi Yue） and Yan Yun Tai （The Legend of Xiao Chuo）， have been adapted into TV dramas， and translated into multiple foreign languages.
