Wuzhen Theater Festival Returns after Two-Year Hiatus

第八屆烏鎮(zhèn)戲劇節(jié)以“茂”為主題——取豐富而非繁復(fù)、野生而又叢生之意，茂士即才士，茂年即盛年。本屆烏鎮(zhèn)戲劇節(jié)中，特邀劇目、青年競(jìng)演、古鎮(zhèn)嘉年華、小鎮(zhèn)對(duì)話四個(gè)單元重磅回歸。

本屆特邀劇目分為“云上天開(kāi)”“明暗之間”“疾風(fēng)勁草”“滿天星斗”“風(fēng)生水舞”“萬(wàn)物破曉”“遠(yuǎn)在眼前”七大板塊，來(lái)自全國(guó)各地的24部劇目66場(chǎng)演出，將在烏鎮(zhèn)的12座劇場(chǎng)上演。除現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演出外，“遠(yuǎn)在眼前”是本屆烏鎮(zhèn)戲劇節(jié)特設(shè)的國(guó)際劇目高清放映單元。在全新啟用的環(huán)湖劇場(chǎng)中，將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)放映來(lái)自愛(ài)丁堡藝術(shù)節(jié)、柏林戲劇節(jié)、阿維尼翁戲劇節(jié)等世界六大戲劇節(jié)的多部經(jīng)典佳作。

Theme “Mao” （burgeoning or prosperous）， the Wuzhen Theater Festival will put Chinese theater and performing arts into spotlight once again， showcasing a rich collection of Chinese plays and theatrical styles. This years festival， the eighth edition， offers a diverse selection of shows for theater lovers and performing arts enthusiasts， featuring a total of 24 productions with 66 performances. Apart from live performances， international works from various prestigious theater festivals， such as the Edinburgh International Festival and Festival dAvignon， will also be screened.

千里長(zhǎng)河——中國(guó)大運(yùn)河文化主題展

Thousands of Miles： The Grand Canal Culture Theme Exhibition

“千里長(zhǎng)河——中國(guó)大運(yùn)河文化主題展”由杭州工藝美術(shù)博物館（中國(guó)刀剪劍、扇、傘博物館）主辦。展覽精選170余件/套藏品，圍繞大運(yùn)河“人民的遺產(chǎn)”“活著的遺產(chǎn)”主題，通過(guò)運(yùn)河考古、運(yùn)河檔案、運(yùn)河百工、運(yùn)河生活等4個(gè)維度，展現(xiàn)從古至今大運(yùn)河沿線人民對(duì)美好生活的追求，詮釋大運(yùn)河是活著的運(yùn)河、人民的運(yùn)河。

Hosted by the Hangzhou Arts and Crafts Museum （China Knives， Scissors and Swords Museum）， Thousands of Miles： The Grand Canal Culture Theme Exhibition features more than 170 pieces （sets） of collections. Themed “Peoples Heritage” and “Living Heritage”， this exhibition focuses on the archeology， archives， workers and life along the Grand Canal. Ultimately， it aims to show that people have been pursuing a better life along the Grand Canal since ancient times， and the Grand Canal is a living canal and a peoples canal.

乾隆色譜2.0——清代宮廷絲織品的色彩重建

The Qianlong Palettes 2.0： Color Reconstitution of Royal Silks in the Qing Dynasty

清代是傳統(tǒng)染色工藝發(fā)展最為成熟的時(shí)期，也是紡織服飾顏色最為豐富的時(shí)期，尤其是宮廷絲織品更是絢麗多彩。本次展覽在2014年“乾隆色譜——從歷史檔案復(fù)原清代色彩”展的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步呈現(xiàn)了近年來(lái)研究的新成果與新發(fā)現(xiàn)，故命名為“乾隆色譜2.0”。

這個(gè)展覽通過(guò)以乾隆時(shí)期宮廷服飾為代表的清代絲織品以及采用多重證據(jù)法科學(xué)化推演重建的色譜，更加系統(tǒng)地闡釋17世紀(jì)晚期至19世紀(jì)早期中國(guó)最高水平染織產(chǎn)品中染料、色彩、工藝之間的關(guān)系。

The Qing dynasty （1616-1911） witnessed the greatest success in natural dyeing techniques. It was also the period with the most colorful textile clothing， especially court fabrics. Built on the 2014 exhibition The Qianlong Color Palette： Qing Dynasty Colors from Historic Archive Brought to Life， this exhibition attempts to further showcase the latest achievements and discoveries on the subject. Hence the title “Qianlong Palettes 2.0”.

By reconstituting the palettes of the Qing fabrics represented by those from the Qianlong era， this exhibition systematically expounds the relationships among dyes， colors and techniques of the dyeing products from the end of 17th century to the early 19th century.
