行走三峽 別樣渝東北

10月13日，文化和旅游部國際交流與合作局組織泰國、馬耳他、智利等11國駐華外交官赴渝考察調研，開啟為期4天的“發現中國之旅·重慶行”活動，各國外交官不僅參觀了抗戰遺址周公館、世界文化遺產大足石刻，欣賞川劇變臉、兩江匯夜景，還乘坐游船領略雄奇壯美的三峽風光，感受濃烈的重慶風土人情與濃厚的巴渝文化。

伴隨景區交通建設日新月異，自駕游、休閑游日漸興起，三峽旅游從單一的水路“一線游”變為三峽區域“一片游”，三峽陸上行呼之欲出，已成為三峽游的重要旅游形式。從陸路游覽三峽，更能感受長江三峽的壯美雄奇，且范圍更寬廣、選擇更多、時間更自由。

本期推薦“陸上三峽”之旅，行程涵蓋“詩畫三峽”三峽平湖旅游區、風光旖旎的巫峽·神女景區、高山草地千野草場等景點，讓游客在陸上感受三峽庫區的變化和源遠流長的移民文化，品味三峽庫區的別樣風情。

Day 1

前往地處三峽庫區腹心，素有“渝東北門戶”之稱的巫山，這里有由龍門峽、巴霧峽、滴翠峽組成的巫山小三峽，兩岸景致秀麗別致，被譽為“不是三峽，勝似三峽”。游覽巫峽·神女景區，這里以峽江風光為主，自然風光與神女文化相互輝映。登頂遠望，只見大江東去，靜水流深，走過神女天路，再乘索道天梯，美景盡收眼底。

Day 2

前住“詩城”奉節白帝城，著名文人李白、杜甫、劉禹錫、蘇軾、陸游等都曾在此留下大量傳世佳作。這里也是觀賞夔門的最佳地點，還留下許多歷史故事，“劉備托孤”最廣為人知。觀看《歸來三峽》大型詩詞文化實景演出，再現“行到三峽必有詩”的盛景，在唯美詩意中領略長江三峽的壯美，巴蜀大地獨特的風土人情。

Day 3

到達云陽龍缸景區，這里集天坑、峽谷、溶洞、高山草場、森林、土家風情于一體，享有“天下第一缸”的美譽。建在海拔1010米懸崖上的“云端廊橋”，以“天空之花”的花瓣為造型，比美國科羅拉多大峽谷玻璃廊橋懸挑長度還長5米多，堪稱世界第一。

Day 4

來到萬州三峽平湖旅游區，領略高峽出平湖的盛景，參觀重慶三峽移民紀念館，聆聽百萬移民故事，了解三峽移民歷史。重慶三峽移民紀念館是全國首批紅色基因庫建設試點單位，全國唯一紀念三峽百萬大移民的專題性紀念館，也是三峽庫區重要的歷史文物收藏、研究和展示教育中心，值得參觀細品。

高峽出平湖，平湖在萬州。在這里可乘坐仿古建筑風格的觀光游船，游覽萬州都市夜景，欣賞曲藝表演，慢慢品味這座平湖城市的風光與風情，感受不一樣的三峽風韻。

Day 5

來到石柱千野草場，開啟悅心康養之旅。以萬畝草地、萬畝森林、萬畝石芽、萬畝火棘著稱，春有霧嵐，夏有山花，秋有火棘，冬有瑞雪，一年四季，風景各不相同。

登云梯長街，觀長江日暮，賞民俗表演。在首批十大中國歷史文化名鎮西沱古鎮流連駐足，品味其寧靜而舒適的慢時光，古樸淡雅的溫婉氣質。在中益鄉，漫步鄉間小徑，感受鄉村振興給山村帶來的巨大變化。

Day 6

在長壽古鎮領略巴渝文化、福壽文化，鎮內集中展示了巴渝傳統的村落建筑文化、人文文化、生活場景文化。古鎮內川渝小吃薈萃，特色酒店與四合院客棧獨樹一幟，是一個極具人氣的人文古鎮。20世紀50年代攔截龍溪河而成的人工湖長壽湖，港汊縱橫交錯，有島嶼200多個，是重慶市最大的湖泊旅游風景區。

可以說，“陸上三峽”之旅深入三峽腹地，了解當地的風土人情、歷史景觀、文化習俗，能體驗一番別樣的渝東北。正值賞景最佳時節，收拾行囊，即刻出發吧。

On October 13， the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Peoples Republic of China organized 11 foreign diplomats from Thailand， Malta and Chile to visit Chongqing for investigation and research， and launched a four-day "Journey to Discover China · Chongqing Trip" in Chongqing. Diplomats from various countries in China not only visited Zhou's Residence and the world cultural heritage of Dazu Rock Carvings， but also enjoyed Sichuan opera and night view of the two rivers， took a cruise ship to experience the magnificent scenery of the Three Gorges? and felt the local customs and strong Bayu culture of Chongqing.

With the rapid development of transportation construction in the scenic area， self-driving and leisure tourism are increasingly emerging. The Three Gorges tourism has shifted from a singular "one-route tour" by water to a "one-area tour" in the Three Gorges region. The Three Gorges land tour is gaining momentum as an important tourism form of the Three Gorges tourism. When one tours the Three Gorges by land， he can better feel the grandeur of Yangtze River Three Gorges with a wider scope， more choices and more flexible schedule.

In this issue， we recommend the "Three Gorges tour by land"， which covers the "poetic Three Gorges" Pinghu tourist area， the picturesque Wuxia· Shennv scenic area， the alpine Qianye grassland and other attractions， so that tourists can feel the evolution of the Three Gorges reservoir area and the long-standing migrant culture by land， and take in the distinctive charm of the Three Gorges reservoir area.

Head for Wushan， which is located in the hinterland of the Three Gorges reservoir area and known as the "gateway to Northeast Chongqing". Visit Fengjie White Emperor City， a "poetry city"， where famous literati Li Bai， Du Fu， Liu Yuxi， Su Shi and Lu You have left a legion of masterpieces passed down from generation to generation. This is also the best place to watch Kuimen with countless historical stories， among which "Liu Bei entrusting his son to Zhuge Liang" is the most well-known. One may also watch the large-scale poetry cultural live performance of Returning to the Three Gorges， which restores the grand scene of "there must be poetry in approaching the Three Gorges"， and appreciate the majesty of the Yangtze River Three Gorges and the unique local customs of Bashu land in aesthetic poetics.

Arrive at Yunyang Longgang scenic area， which integrates dolines， canyons， karst caves， alpine grasslands， forests and Tujia customs with reputation of "the first doline in the world". The "cloud corridor bridge" built on the cliff at an altitude of 1，010 meters takes the pedal shape of the "sky blossom"， which is more than 5 meters longer than the overhang length of the glass corridor bridge of the Colorado Grand Canyon in the United States and literally unparalleled in the world.

Come to Wanzhou Three Gorges Pinghu tourist area， enjoy the grand scenery of a lake rising out of a towering gorge， visit Chongqing Three Gorges Migrants Memorial Hall， listen to the stories of millions of migrants and learn about the history of Three Gorges migrants. As one of the first batch of pilot units for the construction of red gene bank in China， the only special memorial hall commemorating millions of migrants from the Three Gorges in China， and also an important historical relics collection， research， exhibition and education center in the Three Gorges reservoir area， Chongqing Three Gorges Migrants Memorial Hall is worth visiting.

A lake rises on the towering gorge， and the emerald Yangtze River roars forward. One may take the sightseeing cruise cruise ship in an antique architectural style， visit the night scenery of Wanzhou city， enjoy the Quyi art performance， slowly savor the scenery and customs of Pinghu City， and feel the different charm of the Three Gorges.

Arrive at Shizhu Qianye grassland and start a pleasant and healthy journey. Famous for 10，000 mu of grassland， 10，000 mu of forest， 10，000 mu of stone ridges and 10，000 mu of Pyracantha fortuneana， it boasts with mysterious mist in spring， blanketing mountain flowers in summer， Pyracantha fortuneana in autumn and snow in winter with distinctive scenery around the year.

One may climb the long laddered street， gaze at the sunset of the Yangtze River and enjoy folk performances. Lingering in Xituo ancient town， an earliest batch of ten famous Chinese historical and cultural towns， one may grasp a quiet， cozy and leisurely moment in a plain yet graceful setting. In Zhongyi Township， one could meander along the country path and feel the great changes brought to the mountainous village by the rural revitalization.

Have a sip of Bayu culture and happiness and longevity culture in Changshou ancient town. The traditional village architectural culture， humanistic culture and life scene culture of Bayu are displayed in a centralized manner here. The ancient town offers a repertoire of Sichuan and Chongqing snacks， and the characteristic hotels and courtyard hostels are one-of-a-kind， making it a highly popular cultural ancient town. Changshou Lake， an artificial lake formed by intercepting the Longxi River in the 1950s， is the largest lake tourist scenic spot in Chongqing with crisscross streams and more than 200 islands.
