Noumenon is the object of ontology research.Philosophers use different terms to express this object，but only “ontology” as the basic object concept of ontology is the most sufficient reason.Noumenon is an open principle system with the prescriptivity and regularity of ereignis(original) essence，which is composed of principle individuals with the prescriptivity and regularity of ereignis essence.Noumenon is a concept closely related to nature and essence.Noumenon is the ereignis essence，and nature is the unique essence of the ereignis essence.The ontology of ereignis essence expounded in this paper is essentially a moral noumenon，which is interlinked with Chinese classical moral ontology，but there are also differences.The fundamental difference lies in that the classical moral ontology regardsTaoas a kind of objective reality which lies in all things in the universe，and all things in the universe are its embodiment，or all things in the universe endow it;the ontology of ereignis essence regards noumenon(Tao) as a kind of speculative construction and setting of philosophers，which is not objective reality，but a kind of ideological reality，only when the ereignis essence of ideological reality is embodied in actuality can it change from ideological reality to objective reality.

Avant-garde art is an archetype of aesthetic modernism，which can be traced back to principles of artistic autonomy，principles constructed with the Enlightenment.Therefore，Avant-garde art inherits the cultural logics of artistic autonomy.As to the nature of avant-gardism，Western scholars from Roger Fry to Peter Bürger have presented lots of interpretations.Avant-gardism represents itself mainly in “aesthetics of escape” and “aesthetics of rebel”，which are acts going against worldly daily routines.Since the Renaissance，the subjectification of the “self”，the pursuit of “originality” of Romanticism，and the superstition in newness of progressivism provide historic resources for avant-gardism，while artistic autonomy sets the ideological foundation for it.Avant-garde art has undergone three waves，which are free play of the forms，reflexivity and soma aesthetics.

Taking Marxist theory as a starting point，Li Dazhao consciously regards literature as an organic component of the whole social system.Based on the “difference” theory between eastern and western civilization，and the “beauty through reconciliation” theory，he proposes “l(fā)iterature as harbinger” theory，“current works adoration” theory，and “psychological performance” theory.All of these three constitute his integrated literary criticism form.“Current works adoration” theory lies in the core，and is closely associated with his ideology of “populism”，indicating that he highly stresses the social function of literature.Moreover，Literature will indicate the rule of social development and the tendency of social revolution with its exposure of the dark side of the reality，its sympathy for unprivileged populace and its influence on ethnic characteristics.Therefore，realism and idealism are the two wings of Li Dazhao’s practice of Marxist Literary Criticism.

The key to understand Feng Youlan’s philosophical methodology is to deal with the application process and practical procedure of “analytical method”and “intuitive method”.“Analytical method” is to establish the conceptual framework and ideological object of philosophy by means of rational speculation and “re-paraphrasing”specific concept propositions.“Intuitive method”is based on the knowledge information provided by the former，with the help of a series of special “say”、“manifest” and “comprehend” to achieve a cognitive leap.The “negative method” must rely on analysis，speculation and comprehensive judgment。It is a philosophical method that brings the traditional intuitive method into the rational，procedural and scientific way.It neither repels rationality nor is it pure silence or meditation.Its methodology is the unity of language，analysis，judgment and silence in the application procedure.Its essence is the internal integration of speculation and intuition，which can provide the philosophical concepts of knowledge and universality.The proper use of speculative and intuitive methods can provide methodological guarantee for the development of modern Chinese philosophy.

Under the period of New Normal，commercial individual has provided vitality that the economy needs urgently.The pandemic of Covid-19 has made commercial individual highly connected with the employment and people’s livelihood.However，the distinction between commercial individual and other commercial entities is not clear，which shakes the foundation of the concept of commercial individual as an independent whole.Under the trend of “dualism” in commercial entities，commercial individual is closely related to commercial organization，and the connotation of commercial individual should be integrated with the connotation of commercial organization.Commercial individual and commercial organization can be distinguished by the “independence” standard，which examines whether the commercial entity has the property and intention independent of the investors.This standard can clearly distinguish between commercial individual and commercial organization，achieving a reasonable classification，and show the differences in selection and combination in value for different levels of markets of the law.

It is a great practical significance to study the green transformation of industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the perspective of heterogeneity of pollution discharge.This paper takes 30 provinces of China and 110 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as samples.Firstly，study the heterogeneity of pollution discharge in the Yangtze River Economic Belt by using the entropy weight method-Topsis evaluation model.Secondly，measure the industrial green transformation efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt by Super-SBM model，and analyze the dynamic evolution characteristics by the nonparametric kernel density estimation.Finally，analyze the source of power and loss by using index of GML and input-output redundancy.The results show that the pollution intensity of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is nearly equal to the national average level，and the spatial difference is not significant.The efficiency of industrial green transformation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is lower than the national average level.There is a great difference between cities with heterogeneous pollution.Except for light pollution cities，other cities show a trend of convergence.The driving force of the green transformation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt mainly comes from the spillover effect of green technology in light polluted cities and the catch-up effect of green technology in medium polluted cities.The loss of efficiency is mainly due to the redundant input of labor in light polluted cities，redundant input of water resource in medium polluted cities，and undesired redundant output.To summarize，it is suggested to accelerate the green industrial transformation of heavily polluted cities in the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt，promoting both green industrial transformation according to heterogeneity of pollutant discharge，and the energy conservation and emissions reduction policies in the Yangtze River Economic Belt based on the structural redundancy of industrial production input and output.

NIMBY risk is a difficult problem in current social governance.The logic of NIMBY risk spreading is:emphasize the harm of NIMBY projects to dismiss their legality and necessity，then turn the conflict focus to local government and mobilize the public with regional self-identity.In today’s information age，social media is becoming the main spending channel of NIMBY risk as well as important platform of public’s opinion expression.Analyzing the content in social media can find out the logic of NIMBY risk spreading.The governance strategy of NIMBY risk spreading includes understanding the logic of NIMBY risk spreading，cleaning up the pollution of existing NIMBY projects，improving NIMBY policy’s quality and change NIMBY governance system.Such steps can help block the spreading of NIMBY risk and eliminate the public’s conflict emotion.

Based on the emergence and application of media technology，after 1978，media technology can be divided into four stages:traditional media technology stage，PC-side Internet technology stage，mobile Internet technology stage，and intelligent media technology stage.The study found that the advertising operation process had significant differences in these four stages，that is，the advertising operation process has changed under the evolution of media technology.The mediating factor that influences the change of the advertising operation process is the advertising form，which is determined by the game between the possibility of media technology realizing the advertising form and the demand of advertising market for the advertising form.Specifically，it is shown as follows:corresponding to the evolution of the four stages of media technology，the advertising form has evolved from one-way informative advertising，online display advertising，social interactive advertising to panoramic intelligent advertising.And the advertising operation process has also been adjusted accordingly.
