共話人口發展和托育服務的一場盛宴

金秋送爽的十月，濟南迎來了一場特殊的盛會，這場由國家發展改革委、國家衛生健康委聯合舉辦的人口發展戰略和托育體系建設現場經驗交流會吸引了來自全國各地發展改革系統、衛生健康系統，以及知名托育機構等200余人，通過政策解讀、國際經驗交流、地方實踐展示、實地調研走訪等多種形式，深入研究人口發展和托育服務問題，從全國層面進一步推動《決定》目標任務和各項舉措落實到位。

10月12日，在經驗交流會現場，國家發展改革委社會司相關同志圍繞人口發展戰略、托育項目建設、人口數據系統等方面進行交流；國家衛生健康委人口家庭司有關同志介紹《決定》出臺情況和工作要求，分享托育服務發展總體情況。在國際經驗交流和國內地方實踐方面，聯合國兒童基金會駐華代表處、聯合國人口基金駐華代表處的項目官員圍繞全球兒童早期發展趨勢、托育服務標準國際實踐、家庭友好政策、世界人口生育率變化等方面內容進行經驗分享。江蘇省、浙江省、濟南市、合肥市等省市代表、托育行業代表，分別介紹地方大力支持托育服務發展取得的良好效果和托育機構立足自身專業化優勢在建設運營、人才培養、科技賦能等方面積極探索。

10月13日上午，全體參會嘉賓前往陽光大姐、搖籃兔、銀座寶貝佳3家普惠托育機構進行了實地調研，并對濟南市的托育工作給予了高度評價與認可。

這是一場功在當代，利在千秋的事業，參加本次交流會的既有全國發展改革系統、衛生健康系統的負責人，也有長期深耕托育服務行業的機構代表。同時，大會還邀請了人力資源社會保障部、銀保監會相關司局，國家發展改革委評估督導司，相關研究機構和金融機構等與托育工作密切相關的單位參加了本次大會。

An on-site experience sharing meeting for population development strategy and childcare system construction was held in Jinan in this cool October. This meeting was held by National Development and Reform Commission as well as National Health Commission， gathering over 200 participants from development and reform commission system， health commission system and well-known childcare institutions around the country. Participants at the meeting studied the topics of population development and childcare service in depth through policy explanation， international experience exchange， local practice display and field investigation， further promoting the implementation of tasks and measures mentioned in Decision on Optimizing Childbearing Policy and Promoting Long-term Balanced Population Development at the national level. On the morning of Oct. 13th， all participants went to three childcare institutions including Yangguang Dajie， Cradle Grow and Inzone Baobeijia for a field investigation and spoke highly of the childcare service in Jinan.
