中老鐵路老撾段北起中老邊境口岸磨丁，南至老撾首都萬象，全長400多km。中鐵二局六公司磨萬一分部承建磨萬鐵路第VI標的線下工程，正線起點里程DK343+300，終點里程DK409+000，萬象客車整備所起點里程DK409+720，終點里程DK411+780，線路總長67.76km，共有涵洞188座，3426.8橫延米。

為保證工程質量和整體形象一次成優，自建設開工以來，項目部始終堅持老中鐵路有限公司“六高八建”的建設理念，以“建精品工程、鑄廉潔之路”為目標，合理規劃工程施工程序，合理應用各種技術措施，以“嚴要求、把標準、講方法、重細節”為理念落實質量控制，以“抓早、抓細、抓實”為原則落實安全把控。

建設“精品工程”

自中老鐵路建設施工以來，項目部全方位實施工廠化、機械化、專業化、信息化施工，全過程堅持樣板引路、試驗先行，加強原材料源頭控制，強化試驗檢驗、監理旁站和第三方檢測等過程控制，著力打造“一帶一路”精品工程、典范工程。其中，萬象北站路基（DK389+500～DK390+600）、豐洪車站路基、楠科內河特大橋等工程獲老中公司磨萬鐵路“標準化工地”稱號，楠科內河特大橋獲中國中鐵“安標工地”稱號。

在建設中老鐵路過程中，項目部始終堅持保護鐵路沿線的青山綠水，建立環保領導小組，完善降塵、降噪、污水處理、水土流失等制度，實行完工一段、綠化一段的措施，實現了對自然環境的低度開發，高質量、高標準推進了鐵路沿線的環境保護工作，路基邊坡因地制宜選擇適宜環境生長的綠植。2021年1月，中鐵二局磨萬鐵路第VI標獲中國中鐵“2020年綠色施工科技示范工程”稱號。

鋪就“友誼之路”

在中老鐵路建設期間，項目部聘用當地員工，提供操作手、翻譯、現場作業人員等諸多工作崗位，極大地帶動了當地就業。每逢老撾“潑水節”等重要節假日，項目部還對當地員工進行節日慰問，開展節日活動、發放慰問品，這些舉措增進了兩國員工的友誼。

項目部在老撾萬象省、萬象市積極開展幫扶工作，舉辦獻愛心活動，與當地民眾關系非常融洽，不斷為中鐵二局在海外贏得良好的口碑。特別是在2018年老撾阿速坡抗洪救災中，項目部捐款出力，組建援建隊伍、攻堅克難，歷時38天修建了兩座貝雷橋。老撾時任總理通倫親自簽發嘉獎令，老撾交通部授予中鐵二局“老撾國家發展勛章”，中鐵二局贏得了老撾國家級榮譽，彰顯了中國企業的責任和擔當。

打造“人氣工地”

2017年7月，項目部針對老撾特殊的氣候條件和地理環境，以中鐵二局唯一一個海外勞模創新工作——徐州工作室為載體，成立“滲水路基”課題攻關小組，研究雨季施工和填土料源問題，通過普通B組土與卵石在不同摻配比、碾壓工藝下的現場碾壓的反復試驗，成功解決了位于萬象平原內澇段DK379+306～DK409+000的路基施工技術難題。項目部還引用國內路基施工的先進工藝和設備，不斷總結施工工藝，加快推進中老鐵路的建設進程。

在建設過程中，項目部以20天的驚人速度建成了中老鐵路展示館、安全體驗館、中老鐵路會議廳，打造出五個標準化工地，先后迎接了中老兩國各級領導人、當地民眾以及第三方國際友人的視察、觀摩等，共計6800余人次。

中鐵二局作為老牌鐵路施工企業，具有豐富的鐵路施工經驗，特別是負責磨萬鐵路第VI標線下工程的中鐵二局六公司更是以“金邊路基”著稱。2018年12月8日，老中鐵路有限公司組織的中老鐵路“路基施工現場觀摩會”在VI標召開，來自中老鐵路全線的設計、監理、施工等單位共計110余人觀摩學習了項目部路基施工過程中的基床表層、邊坡綠化工程、附屬工程三個具有代表性的標準化施工示范段，在路基施工質量、整體外觀形象等方面起到了全線示范和引領作用。

中老鐵路承載著老撾從“陸鎖國”到“陸聯國”的發展之夢，中鐵二局磨萬鐵路第VI標項目經理部一分部自開工建設以來一直秉承開路先鋒的精神，嚴把工程安全、質量控制關，以實際行動踐行著“一帶一路”這一偉大倡議。

The First Branch of the Boten-Vientiane Section of China Railway Erju 6th Engineering Co.， Ltd. constructed the offline project of the section’s Bid VI. The main line starts at DK343+300 and ends at DK409+000. The passenger car technical servicing depot in Vientiane starts at DK409+720， and ends at DK411+780. The line is 67.76 kilometers long， with 188 culverts， which are 3，426.8 horizontal linear meters in total.

In order to ensure the high quality and the once-for-all excellent image of the project， the branch has always aimed to “implement an outstanding project with integrity” ， reasonably planned construction procedures and applied various technical measures， controlled the quality in the principle of “strictly following the requirements and standards， and taking a methodical and detail-oriented approach” ， and ensured the safety in an earlier， meticulous and effective manner.

During the construction， the branch has always had in mind protecting the lucid waters and lush mountains along the railway， established the leading group for environmental protection， refined the systems for dust reduction， noise reduction， sewage treatment， water loss and soil erosion， etc.， chosen suitable plants for roadbed slopes and revegetated the trackside immediately after the completion of one piece. In this way， the management has ensured the project would exert the least possible environmental impact， and promoted high-quality environmental protection along the railway line according to high standards. In January 2021， the Boten-Vientiane Section’s Bid VI built by China Railway No. 2 Engineering Group won the title of “2020 Green Construction Technology Demonstration Project” of China Railway Group Limited.
