摘要 為明確草地貪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda在四川省不同地區(qū)的發(fā)生世代,本文根據(jù)四川省2019年、2020年草地貪夜蛾蟲情及2010年-2019年近10年氣溫?cái)?shù)據(jù),利用有效積溫法則對四川省草地貪夜蛾發(fā)生世代數(shù)進(jìn)行預(yù)測,并運(yùn)用ArcGIS進(jìn)行Kriging插值分析,獲得四川省草地貪夜蛾世代區(qū)劃。結(jié)果表明,基于2019年及2020年蟲情和10年氣溫?cái)?shù)據(jù)計(jì)算得到草地貪夜蛾在四川省發(fā)生世代數(shù)為0~6.40代。四川省草地貪夜蛾發(fā)生世代數(shù)總體上呈現(xiàn)由西北向東南、由東北向西南增加的趨勢。四川省草地貪夜蛾發(fā)生世代可分為6個(gè)區(qū):川西高原不足1代區(qū),盆地西南部、西北部2~4代區(qū),盆地中部、東北部3~5代區(qū),盆地西南部、南部4~6代區(qū),攀西周年繁殖5~7代區(qū),攀西0~5代區(qū)。本研究結(jié)果可為四川省草地貪夜蛾監(jiān)測預(yù)警和防控提供參考。

Abstract In order to determine the number of generations of Spodoptera frugiperda in different areas of Sichuan province, the law of effective accumulated temperature was used to predict the generations of S.frugiperda in Sichuan based on the insect pest situation in 2019 and 2020 and meteorological data from 2010 to 2019, and ArcGIS was used to perform Kriging interpolation to divide the generations of S.frugiperda. The results showed that the number of generations of S.frugiperda in Sichuan calculated based on the insect pest situation of S.frugiperda in 2019 and 2020 and meteorological data from 2010 to 2019 was 0-6.40 generations. On the whole, the number of generations of S.frugiperda increased from northwest to southeast and from northeast to southwest in Sichuan. The generations of S.frugiperda in Sichuan province can be divided into six regions, and less than one generation area in Western Sichuan Plateau, 2-4 generations area in the southwest and northwest of Sichuan Basin, 3-5 generations area in the middle and northeast of Sichuan Basin, 4-6 generations area in the southwest and south of Sichuan Basin, 5-7 generations area of year-round breeding in Panxi region, and 0-5 generations area in Panxi region. These results provided a reference for monitoring, early warning and effective prevention and control of S.frugiperda in Sichuan province.

草地貪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda,屬鱗翅目,夜蛾科,灰翅夜蛾屬,原產(chǎn)于美洲熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū),是一種遷飛性、雜食性的重大農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲[12],具有適生區(qū)域廣、遷飛能力強(qiáng)、擴(kuò)散速度快、突發(fā)為害重等特點(diǎn)[34]。草地貪夜蛾幼蟲可取食玉米、水稻、高粱等300多種植物[5],且主要為害玉米[67]。草地貪夜蛾自2019年1月入侵我國云南以來,迅速蔓延,截至2019年10月,已遍及我國從南到北26個(gè)省(市、自治區(qū)),并可在我國熱帶、南亞熱帶地區(qū)周年繁殖,對我國的玉米生產(chǎn)及糧食安全構(gòu)成巨大威脅[810]。2020年9月,草地貪夜蛾被列入我國一類農(nóng)作物病蟲害名錄[11]。……
