Step 1 文體感知

建議信是書信的一種形式，屬于應用文。建議信是寫信人向收信人就某事提出自己的建議或忠告，有可能是寫給個人，就收信人遇到的某個問題提出自己的看法和觀點；也可能是寫給某個組織或機構，就改進其服務等方面提出建議。建議信的主要人稱為第一、二人稱，時態以一般現在時為主。

Step 4 語言組織

建議信開篇常用句式：

1.Learning/Knowing that...,I'd like to give some useful suggestions.得知……，我想提供一些有用的建議。

建議信主體部分常用句式：
