新加坡駐華大使陳海泉訪渝

H.E. Peter Tan， Ambassador of Singapore to China， alongside a delegation， visited Chongqing from July 3 to 4. On July 3， Yuan Jiajun， Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee， and Hu Henghua， Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Mayor of the Chongqing Municipal Government， met with H.E. Peter Tan and his delegation.

Yuan Jiajun stated that in March this year， President Xi Jinping and Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong reached a significant consensus on China-Singapore relations， providing new strategic guidance for further development. The implementation of the China-Singapore （Chongqing） Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity （CCI） has created broad prospects for deepening China-Singapore relations and promoting cooperation between Western China and ASEAN， which is of great and far-reaching significance. Chongqing and Singapore have a strong bond and strategic alignment. Chongqing is committed to working together with Singapore to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries. Both sides will continue to prioritize and implement the CCI by high standards while exploring new opportunities and platforms to enhance cooperation. This aims to upgrade cooperation in key sectors across the board， expand collaboration in various fields on all fronts， and actively promote practical cooperation in areas such as the digital economy and digital trade. These efforts will give the CCI a better role as a benchmark， demonstration， and driver for greater connectivity， contributing to the All-Round High-Quality Future-Oriented Partnership between China and Singapore.

H.E. Peter Tan noted that the CCI， as a collaborative initiative between the two governments， is pivotal in advancing the All-Round High-Quality Future-Oriented Partnership. Singapore and Chongqing enjoy a robust foundation for cooperation and hold a promising outlook for future collaboration. Singapore is committed to enhancing the quality and upgrading the cooperation between Singapore and Chongqing within the framework of the CCI. This endeavor aims to contribute new and greater efforts to advancing China-Singapore relations.

During this visit to Chongqing， H.E. Peter Tan and his delegation also visited the China-Singapore （Chongqing） Multimodal Distribution and Connectivity （DC） Center， Raffles City Chongqing， China-Singapore （Chongqing） Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity Exhibition Hall， Chongqing Planning Exhibition Gallery， and Jiangbei Airport T3-Changi Airport Cooperation Zone. These field visits enabled their in-depth understanding of Chongqings economic and social development as well as the CCI progress. They reached consensus on further strengthening cooperation between Chongqing and Singapore.

7月3日至4日，新加坡駐華大使陳海泉一行來渝訪問。7月3日，市委書記袁家軍，市委副書記、市長胡衡華會見陳海泉一行。

袁家軍說，今年3月，習(xí)近平主席和李顯龍總理就中新關(guān)系達成新的重要共識，為兩國關(guān)系下步發(fā)展作出了新的戰(zhàn)略指引。中新互聯(lián)互通項目的實施，為深化中新兩國關(guān)系，推動中國西部與東盟合作創(chuàng)造了廣闊前景，具有重大而深遠的意義。重慶與新加坡有著深厚淵源和高度戰(zhàn)略契合，我們愿與新方一道，共同落實兩國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人達成的重要共識，繼續(xù)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實施中新互聯(lián)互通項目，共同謀劃更多抓手和載體，全面提升項目重點領(lǐng)域合作水平，全方位拓展合作領(lǐng)域，積極推動數(shù)字經(jīng)濟、數(shù)字貿(mào)易等務(wù)實合作，更好發(fā)揮項目標(biāo)桿、示范和引領(lǐng)作用，在更大范圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)互聯(lián)互通，為中新全方位高質(zhì)量的前瞻性伙伴關(guān)系發(fā)展貢獻力量。

陳海泉說，中新互聯(lián)互通項目是兩國政府間合作項目，在新中全方位高質(zhì)量的前瞻性伙伴關(guān)系中發(fā)揮著重要作用。新加坡和重慶合作基礎(chǔ)堅實、前景光明。新方愿在中新互聯(lián)互通項目框架下，推動新渝合作提質(zhì)升級，為新中關(guān)系向前發(fā)展作出新的更大貢獻。

在渝期間，陳海泉一行還參觀了中新（重慶）多式聯(lián)運示范基地、來福士廣場和中新互聯(lián)互通項目展廳、市規(guī)劃展覽館、江北機場T3樟宜機場合作區(qū)等，深入考察重慶經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展及中新互聯(lián)互通項目情況，就進一步加強渝新合作達成共識。

貝寧共和國駐華大使西蒙·皮埃爾·阿多韋蘭德訪渝

H.E. Simon Pierre Adovelande， Ambassador of the Republic of Benin to China， and his delegation visited Chongqing from July 11 to 13.

During this visit， Adovelande and his delegation conducted in-depth study tours in Tongnan District， Yongchuan District， and Jiulongpo District. They visited institutions and companies， including Chongqing Qingling Motors Co.， Ltd.， Chongqing Maotian Holdings Group Co.， Ltd.， Chongqing （Tongnan） Seed Breeding Center， Chongqing Mengtai Biological Technology Co.， Ltd.， Chongqing Hongxi Automobile Technology Co.， Ltd.， and Chongqing Yongchuan District Shuihuayu Aquaculture Cooperative. Discussions and exchanges were organized between the delegation and governments of relevant districts and counties， reaching a series of consensus on promoting friendly cooperation between Chongqing and Benin in the fields such as agricultural technology innovation， new energy vehicle industry， and integration between culture and tourism.

7月11日至13日，貝寧共和國駐華大使西蒙·皮埃爾·阿多韋蘭德一行來渝訪問。

在渝期間，阿多韋蘭德一行在潼南區(qū)、永川區(qū)和九龍坡區(qū)深入考察，參訪重慶慶鈴汽車股份有限公司、重慶茂田控股集團有限公司、重慶（潼南）種苗繁育中心、重慶檬泰生物科技有限公司、重慶弘喜汽車科技有限責(zé)任公司、重慶市永川區(qū)水花魚養(yǎng)殖專業(yè)合作社等機構(gòu)和企業(yè)，并與相關(guān)區(qū)縣政府進行座談交流，就推動重慶與貝寧在農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新、新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)、文旅融合等領(lǐng)域的友好合作達成系列共識。

加拿大駐華大使梅倩琳訪渝

From July 20 to 22， H.E. Jennifer May， Ambassador of Canada to China， had a visit to Chongqing. On July 20， Zhang Guozhi， Vice Mayor of the Chongqing Municipal Government， met with H.E. Jennifer May and exchanged views on promoting exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Canada in various fields.

Zhang Guozhi stated that Chongqing and Canada have frequent economic and trade exchanges and a solid foundation for cooperation. Chongqing is a sister city with Toronto， Canada. The Chongqing Culture and Tourism Promotion Center in Toronto has become an important platform for communication and exchange between the two sides. Chongqing University， Southwest University， and other universities have also carried out various forms of inter-university exchanges with the University of Toronto and other Canadian universities. The Ontario delegation from Canada virtually participated in the Smart China Expo held in Chongqing. At the same time， several Chongqing-based companies also had an online presence at the Collision tech conference convened in Toronto. It is hoped that the two sides can strengthen future cooperation in various fields， including economy and trade， green and low-carbon development， biomedicine， and cultural exchanges.

H.E. Jennifer May expressed her firsthand experience witnessing the accomplishments of Chongqings modernization during her visit to the city. In the past， Canada and Chongqing have had long-term cooperation in areas such as automobile， aerospace， and education. In the future， she also hopes to further enhance the friendly relationship with Chongqing， especially in clean technology， green construction， and talent training， which are of mutual concern， to strengthen cooperation and exchange for common development and progress.

During the visit， H.E. Jennifer May attended the “Be in Awe and Lead the Future” screening event of a documentary co-organized by the Consulate-General of Canada in Chongqing and Chongqing Science and Technology Museum. She delivered a speech calling for biodiversity protection and joint efforts to build a green future. In addition， she also attended events such as the Chongqing-Canada Yoga and Pilates Experience Day.

7月20日至22日，加拿大

In 2022， Chongqing Broadcasting Group （CBG） signed a memorandum of cooperation with La Rioja Province Television Station. During this visit， the delegation from La Rioja Province Television Station worked with CBG to film and produce television programs in Chongqing， showcasing the latest appearance of Chongqings socioeconomic development to the local people.

6月29日至7月5日，阿根廷拉里奧哈省政府新聞和規(guī)劃局長瑪利亞·路斯·桑坦吉羅，該省安全局、教育局、國際合作局及電視臺負責(zé)人等一行訪渝。

7月4日，重慶市與拉里奧哈省合作交流會在渝舉行。會上，雙方各自介紹了本地社會經(jīng)濟及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的最新情況，并積極探討在新聞媒體、教育、文化、體育等領(lǐng)域開展合作的方向。

訪渝期間，代表團一行出席2023中國西部旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會開幕式，參觀拉里奧哈省展臺；訪問重慶廣播電視集團（總臺）并參與錄制音樂廣播節(jié)目，介紹拉里奧哈省當(dāng)?shù)靥厣魳泛惋L(fēng)土人情；還到重慶科技學(xué)院、南開中學(xué)參觀考察、座談交流，與學(xué)校交換合作意見。此外，代表團還赴大足石刻考察，與大足區(qū)相關(guān)負責(zé)人探討推進在世界遺產(chǎn)保護、教育和地方友好交往等領(lǐng)域合作；并赴重慶日報報業(yè)集團考察，了解其新媒體平臺發(fā)展和對外交流情況，探討合作機遇。

2022年，重慶廣播電視集團（總臺）與拉里奧哈省電視臺簽署合作備忘錄。此行，拉里奧哈省電視臺一行還與重慶廣電集團合作在渝拍攝制作電視節(jié)目，將向當(dāng)?shù)孛癖娬故局貞c社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展最新面貌。

德國薩克森州代表團訪渝

From July 9 to 11， Thomas Schmidt， Minister for Regional Development of Saxony， Germany， led a delegation to Chongqing. Leaders of the Chongqing Municipal Government met with the delegation.

On July 10， the Chongqing-Saxony Friendly Cooperation and Exchange Meeting took place in Chongqing， joined by representatives from various departments， districts， counties， and research institutes in Chongqing. During the meeting， both sides discussed and exchanged views on cooperation opportunities in the fields such as economy and trade， industry， education， science and technology， and agriculture， reaching a series of consensus on cooperation.

During their visit， the delegation also went to Chongqing University to review the progress of collaborative projects between Chongqing University and various institutions in Saxony. They engaged in extensive discussions regarding future collaborations in areas such as joint research and student exchange programs. Additionally， they signed agreements on scientific research project cooperation. The delegation also visited various locations， including the Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone， Haifu Medical， Yuanda Environmental Protection， and Chongqing Xibu Automobile Proving Ground， with preliminary intentions on cooperation regarding innovation development， healthcare， energy， and environmental protection.

Thomas Schmidt expressed his deep admiration for the remarkable development achievements of Chongqing. He also expressed his expectation for close and reciprocal exchanges between Saxony and Chongqing， aiming to deepen cooperation in diverse fields.

7月9日至11日，德國薩克森州區(qū)域發(fā)展部部長施密特率團訪渝。市政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)會見了施密特一行。

7月10日，重慶市—薩克森州友好合作交流會在渝舉行，我市相關(guān)部門、區(qū)縣、科研院所代表出席會議。會上，雙方就兩地在經(jīng)貿(mào)、產(chǎn)業(yè)、教育、科技、農(nóng)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域合作機會探討交流，并達成系列合作共識。

訪渝期間，代表團訪問了重慶大學(xué)，梳理回顧重慶大學(xué)與薩克森州相關(guān)院校、機構(gòu)合作項目進展情況，就未來在聯(lián)合科研、學(xué)生互換等方面合作進行深入交流，并簽署科研項目合作協(xié)議；還訪問了兩江協(xié)同創(chuàng)新區(qū)、海扶醫(yī)療、遠達環(huán)保、重慶西部汽車試驗場等地，就創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、醫(yī)療、能源、環(huán)境保護等方面合作達成初步意向。

施密特對重慶所取得的發(fā)展成就深表敬意，他表示，期待薩克森州與重慶開展密切的互訪交流，深化各領(lǐng)域合作。

“中日友好杯”中日大學(xué)生征文比賽重慶市取得良好成績

On July 25， the award ceremony for the China-Japan Friendship Cup Essay Contest for University Students was held in Beijing. This contest is co-hosted by the Chinese Peoples Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Japan-China Friendship Inheritance and Development Association. Multiple leaders attended the event and delivered speeches， including， Yuan Mindao， Vice President of the Chinese Peoples Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries， Sakashita Shigenobu， Chairman of the Japan-China Friendship Inheritance and Development Association， and Ayako Maezawa， Education Counselor of the Embassy of Japan in China. Yukio Hatoyama， former Prime Minister of Japan and Representative of the Japan-China Friendship Inheritance and Development Association delivered a video speech.

Last year marked the 50th anniversary of the normalization of China-Japan relations， while this year commemorates the 45th anniversary of the Japan-China Peace and Friendship Treaty. This contest has further enriched the cultural and people-to-people exchange between Chinese and Japanese youth and reemphasized the right perception of the bilateral relations. It serves as a beneficial platform for the youth of both countries to learn from each other and carry forward the friendship.

The Chongqing Peoples Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries invited students from universities who major in the Japanese language to this contest， including Chongqing University， Sichuan International Studies University， Chongqing Normal University， and Chongqing College of International Business and Economics. The students registered for the contest enthusiastically， yielding outstanding performance.

7月25日，由中國人民對外友好協(xié)會與日本日中友好繼承發(fā)展會共同舉辦的“中日友好杯”中日大學(xué)生征文比賽頒獎儀式在北京舉辦。中國人民對外友好協(xié)會副會長袁敏道、日本日中友好繼承發(fā)展會理事長坂下重信、日本駐華使館教育參贊前澤綾子等出席并致辭。日本前首相、日中友好繼承發(fā)展會代表鳩山由紀(jì)夫發(fā)來視頻致辭。

去年是中日邦交正常化50周年，今年是中日和平友好條約締結(jié)45周年。本次活動進一步豐富了中日青少年人文交流內(nèi)容，增進了雙方對中日關(guān)系的正確認知，有利于兩國青年互學(xué)互鑒、傳承友好。

重慶市人民對外友好協(xié)會組織邀請重慶大學(xué)、四川外國語大學(xué)、重慶師范大學(xué)、重慶對外經(jīng)貿(mào)學(xué)院等高校日語專業(yè)學(xué)生及在讀日本留學(xué)生參與本次比賽。學(xué)生們報名踴躍，反響熱烈，并取得二等獎一名、三等獎一名及佳作獎、優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師獎的良好成績。
