文化服務，點亮美好生活

在青島，城市書房、文化驛站等新型公共文化空間持續為市民提供高質量的文化服務；在東營，社區（村）居民文化藝術節為廣大群眾搭建了展示自我的舞臺；在德州，“文化先行官”面向老百姓定期開展培訓，變“送文化”為“種文化”……近年來，山東各地以滿足人民群眾文化生活需要為出發點，不斷推出多樣化、個性化服務，讓優質公共文化服務觸手可及，成為群眾美好生活的必需品。

隨著物質生活水平的提高，人們對文化產品、文化服務的需求日益旺盛。作為美好生活的重要組成部分，優質的公共文化服務必不可少。發展公共文化服務，既是提升群眾生活品質的重要途徑，也是社會主義現代化建設的重要內容。

“十三五”時期，山東的公共文化服務體系建設呈現出蓬勃發展的良好態勢，構建起覆蓋完善、普惠均等、運行高效的公共文化服務體系。“十四五”時期，山東深刻把握當前社會發展階段公共文化服務的新特征、新任務、新規律，不斷提升全省公共文化服務水平。在《“十四五”時期山東省公共文化服務體系建設規劃》中，“推進城鄉公共文化服務體系建設”“建設以人為中心的圖書館”“持續推動群眾文藝健康繁榮”“增強公共文化服務實效性”“推動公共文化服務社會化發展”等19項工作任務被重點提及。

打造新型公共文化空間是推動城鄉公共文化服務一體化發展的重要抓手，山東積極構建涵蓋公共閱讀空間、文藝普及空間、文化展示空間等多種類型的新型公共文化服務格局，讓優質公共文化服務不斷浸潤群眾美好生活。

推動群眾文化繁榮，離不開社會力量的參與。在威海市環翠區，當地將公益創投引入公共文化服務領域，走出了一條社會化助力鄉村公共文化服務發展的創新之路，入選了由中宣部、文旅部和國家發改委組織遴選的“全國基層公共文化服務高質量發展典型案例”。山東另一入選的案例來自臨沂，為沂南縣的群眾性小戲小劇沉浸式演出項目。

承載著人民群眾對美好生活的向往，公共文化服務的高質量發展是必然之趨勢。為群眾提供更多更好精神文化食糧，讓美好常伴人們左右，文化工作者們將大有作為。

As an important part of better life， quality public cultural services are indispensable. Developing public cultural services is not only an important way to improve the masses’ quality of life， but also a significant content of socialist modernization. In the “14th Five-Year Plan” period， Shandong will advance the province’s building of public cultural service systems， with a focus on 19 tasks， such as “building people-centered libraries”， “continuing to promote the health and prosperity of mass performing arts”， and “enhancing the effectiveness of public cultural services”. Cultural workers will have great opportunities in offering better spiritual and cultural nourishments to the masses， and enabling them to be surrounded by the beauty of life.
