不斷釋放外事資源活力，積極融入高質量共建“一帶一路”，深入推動成渝地區雙城經濟圈建設，持續推動共建西部陸海新通道，合力推動中新（重慶）戰略性互聯互通示范項目建設，服務重慶從內陸腹地闊步走向開放前沿。

We have continued to unleash the vitality of foreign affairs resources. We actively engaged in the high-quality Belt and Road cooperation， advanced the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-Hub Mega-Region， and gathered efforts for the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor （ILSTC）. Furthermore， we jointly promoted the China-Singapore （Chongqing） Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity （CCI）， positioning Chongqing at the forefront of opening-up despite its inland location.

11月，首屆“一帶一路”科技交流大會在重慶舉行。國家主席習近平向大會致賀信。此次大會主題為“共建創新之路，同促合作發展”。來自80多個國家和國際組織的近1000名國內外嘉賓參會。
