










摘 "要:從沖壓成型理論出發,結合成型極限圖(FLD)闡述沖壓起皺機理,為分析起皺問題提供了思路,以某車型SUV側圍外板為例,對腰線后三角窗位置的起皺問題進行解析,并于同步工程階段,借助AutoForm分析軟件找到了一種解決該起皺問題的對策,產品實物證實了該方法的有效性,對于同類結構的產品或工藝提供了參考,具有一定的推廣和借鑒意義。

Analysis and solution for wrinkle defect in the waist line
of rear triangle window of body side outer panel

Abstract: This paper based on the theory of stamping forming and explains the mechanism of stamping wrinkle in combination with forming limit diagram (FLD), which provides a clear idea for analyzing the wrinkledefect. Taking the side panel of an SUV model as an example, the wrinkle defects of the rear triangle window position of the waist line is analyzed, and a countermeasure to solve the wrinkling problem is found by means of AutoForm analysis software in the simultaneous engineering stage. The effectiveness of the method is verified by the product, and it provides a reference for the similar structure products or processes, and has a certain popularization and reference.

起皺是板料在沖壓過程中材料流動不平衡,產生擠壓而無法吸收消除的現象。起皺缺陷會引起很多不良后果,往往在白件上就能被非專業人士識別,并且在涂漆后放大,輕微的起皺現象會引起外觀質量問題,較嚴重的起皺會影響零件匹配,更甚者則形成疊料,導致零件報廢。另外,起皺問題也會導致模具的使用壽命降低,因此,必須預防和控制沖壓過程中的起皺問題的發生。
側圍外板作為車身最大的覆蓋件,其結構復雜,外觀質量要求高,不允許產生開裂、滑移線、凹坑及起皺等外觀缺陷,同時,伴隨著日新月異的造型設計,車身造型更加犀利,側圍的產品結構更加復雜,特征銳利,棱線分明,曲面之間過渡更加急劇。在這種情況下,如何保證外觀質量尤為重要,對側圍的沖壓工藝提出了極大的挑戰。起皺是最常見的外觀缺陷之一,在滿足造型、產品結構、功能需求的同時,消除沖壓起皺問題是常見課題。
