先制定良好的法律,然后才會出現擅長治理的人才。“治法論”是黃宗羲法思想的核心觀點,顛覆了儒家思想中重“人治”而輕“法治”的傳統,在中國歷史上獨樹一幟。在近代,“治法論”被仁人志士們視為中國現代法治思想的先聲。
