1前言

隨著新能源汽車市場占有率越來越高，新能源汽車行業對于職業教育也提出了越來越高的要求。根據經濟觀察報數據顯示，中國新能源汽車在2024年完成1286.6萬輛的銷售量，新能源汽車滲透率接近 50% ，并且根據國家發展改革委、財政部印發的《關于加力支持大規模設備更新和消費品以舊換新的若干措施》，預計2025年中國汽車產銷量將達到3200萬輛，新能源汽車或將超過1600萬輛，新能源汽車滲透率將達到 50% ，這樣就需要培養出更多符合新能源汽車產業發展的高素質人才。培養這方面人才的起點主要在職業院校里面，能否培養出符合新能源汽車產業發展所需求的人才，職業院校的培養方案就顯得尤為重要。

2產教融合人才培養方案研究的意義

新能源汽車專業人才培養方案是新能源汽車教育教學體系與產業需求深度銜接的核心，尤其在現在新能源汽車關鍵技術快速更迭、產業不斷進行轉型升級的前提下，其意義不再僅限于教育教學領域，還關乎新能源汽車產業的健康快速發展及我國汽車產業競爭力的提升[1]。

2.1為職業院校設置新能源汽車專業人才培養方案提供參考

部分職業院校由于自身辦學條件及專業負責人水平問題，導致在專業人才培養方案上出現如下問題：

a.課程體系設置與企業崗位需求脫節：人才培養方案在課程設置的時候沒有充分深入企業進行調研，走訪不同類型的企業，很容易在課程設置上與企業崗位需求出現偏差[2]。……
