摘要 針對油氣儲運工程專業實驗教學與科研的需要,設計開發了一套以DCS為核心的管道輸送實驗系統。該系統技術先進、自動化程度高、組態靈活,可模擬長輸管道運行工況,實現從泵到泵、從罐到罐、旁接油罐等多種輸送工藝,具有豐富多樣的實驗功能;并可用于專業實習、課程設計、畢業設計和研究生培養等,同時也為科研工作的開展提供了便利條件。

AbstractIn order to meet the need of experiment teaching and investigation for oil gas storage and transportation engineering, the experimental system of pipeline transportation was developed based on DCS, which with advanced technique and high automatic. The system is a multifunctional testing platform which can be used to simulate running of long pipeline, such as running between station and station, running between tank and tank, running between station and tank, and applied for fieldwork, curricular design, graduation-design and postgraduate training, etc. At the same time,it provide conditions for the activity of science and technology research.

管道輸送是流體(水、油、氣、液漿)最重要的輸送方式,也是油氣儲運學科最主要的研究領域。為了更好、更全面地研究管道輸送系統的特點和規律,根據高校油氣儲運專業教學和科研的需要,配合油氣儲運重點學科建設、特色專業建設和省級重點實驗室建設,結合我院“中央與地方共建專項基金-油氣儲運工程中心建設”,自行設計研制了一套基于DCS的油品儲運管道輸送實驗系統。該實驗系統涵蓋了油氣儲運專業主要專業課程知識以及站庫操作、工程設計、安全防護及故障處理等多種知識和技術,是目前國內油品儲運實驗研究中管道最長、規模最大的全自動仿真模擬實驗系統,具有自動檢測、自動控制和自動調節等功能,可進行長輸管道工藝調節、站庫設備及安全認識、儲運系統仿真與運行模擬、測量儀表及自動控制、DCS系統組態與系統控制、管路與泵特性調節,以及管道水擊及控制、腐蝕測定與防護、漏點檢測與定位等實驗教學和科研工作,還可用于油氣儲運專業實習、課程設計、畢業設計、研究生培養等。……
