“十一”7天假期，濟南市共接待游客293.8萬人次，同比增長37.5%；實現旅游總收入22.6億元，同比增長27.7%。接待人數和旅游總收入均創歷史最高水平。泉水游、生態游、文化游、休閑娛樂游等火爆。其中，泉水游繼續“領跑”旅游市場，趵突泉公園門票收入303.3萬元，同比增長37%。

During the golden week of National Day in 2008， Jinan received a total of 2.938 million tourists， up 37.5% over the same period of last year. The tourist income hit 2.26 billion yuan， up 27.7% over the same period of last year.

今年的國慶黃金周期間，濟南市城鄉只有6963對新人舉辦婚禮或婚禮答謝儀式，創近年同期結婚人數最低水平。與以往的“十一”長假不同的是，今年的黃金周首次從9月末開始放假。不少原定在10月6日、7日結婚的新人受到了不同程度的影響，出現了一些“婚禮改期”。

During the golden week of “National Day” in 2008， only 6，963 couples in urban and rural areas of Jinan celebrated their wedding ceremony. The number reached the lowest level of the same period of recent years.

2008山東文化產業博覽會與孔子文化節同時舉辦，以“文化、創意、財富”為主題。會展期間商品交易額共6億元，其中濟南會場4億元。在本屆文博會期間參加簽約儀式的36個文化項目投資總額達276.33億元。

2008 Shandong International Cultural Industry Fair (SDICIF) and Cultural Festival of Confucius were held at the same time. Jinan and Jining were the two meeting places. With the theme of “Culture， Creativity， and Wealth”， the total investment of the 36 cultural projects signed during SDICIF hit 27.633 billion yuan.

濟南市首次下調住房公積金貸款利率，5年以下貸款利率下調0.18%，5年以上貸款利率下調0.09%。經過調整，1年至5年的公積金貸款利率由原來的4.77%下調至4.59%，5年至30年貸款利率由原來的5.22%下調至5.13%。

Jinan lowered the interest rate on housing accumulation fund loan for the first time. 1-5 year interest rate was lowered from 4.77% to 4.59%. 5-30 year interest rate was lowered from 5.22%-5.13%.

After upgrades and resource integration， 12345 Citizen Service Hotline was reopened as the “Mayor Hotline”. There are 30 operator positions and 70 staff operators to answer calls from the citizens 24 hours a day.

濟南市社區建設領導小組辦公室出臺《濟南市打造“社區十分鐘生活服務圈”指導標準》，“標準”對全市社區上門服務、代為聯系服務、受理服務、協調協助服務多個方面近20項的服務內容進行詳細規范，使社區居民不出居就能享受到高品質快捷的服務內容?！?br>
