From January 1 this year，China-ASEAN Free Trade Agreementtax rate will be implemented onsome items of goods originatingfrom ASEAN ten countries，and imple-ment the third step of normal tariff reduc-tion.After tariff reduction，the number ofimplementation of the Agreement's tariffrate will amount to approximately 6750，compared with the MFN rate，the averagediscount rate of about 80 percent.
