【摘要】在大力推進素質教育的今天,實施新課程改革是新時期教育改革的歷史使命,富有機遇與挑戰。新課程改革對教師素質提出了更高的要求。特別是小學教師既要有高尚的師德,又要有淵博的知識(上知天文,下曉地理),更要有精湛的專業教育教學能力(琴棋書畫樣樣懂)。也就是說,小學教師要做教學的“全把手”(方方面面的知識和技能不很精通,但都得懂,都得會),才能適應新課程改革。

【Abstract】At strongly push forward education for all-round development of today, implement new course reform is new period the history mission of the education reform, full of opportunity and challenge.New course the reform put forward to teacher's character higher of request.Especially primary school teacher since have to have classic teacher virtuous, have to have encyclopedic knowledge(top know astronomy, descend Xiao geography) again, have to even have consummate profession education teaching ability.(piano chess the calligraphy and painting everything understand)Be also say, the primary school teacher want to do "whole handle knob"(square knowledge and technical ability of the aspect noodles not and very master in, but all get understand, all get meeting) of teaching, then can orientation new course reform.

在大力推進素質教育的今天,實施新課程改革是新時期教育改革的歷史使命,富有機遇與挑戰。新課程改革對教師素質提出了更高的要求。特別是小學教師既要有高尚的師德,又要有淵博的知識(上知天文,下曉地理),更要有精湛的專業教育教學能力(琴棋書畫樣樣懂)。也就是說,小學教師要做教學的“全把手”(方方面面的知識和技能不很精通,但都得懂,都得會),才能適應新課程改革。在新課程改革的六年歷程中,就如何引導教師與新課程同步成長,激勵教師專業成長,我做了一些有益的實踐與探索,摸索出了“成長管理目標”、“校長科研示范”、“成長平臺實踐”、“能力評價機制”引領教師專業成長“四部曲”,有效的促進了教師的專業成長,保證了新課程改革的順利開展。
