社區護士對社區老年人心理健康干預分析

【摘要】目的:探討社區護士對社區老年人進行心理輔導和心理治療后對其生活質量的影響。方法:社區護士通過12個月進入四川郫縣某三個社區將60-90歲老人的生存質量進行入戶調查，將沒有嚴重精神疾患和身體疾患老人隨機分為干預組和非干預組各208人，對干預組進行為期6個月支持性心理干預。結果:①干預前兩組抑郁、焦慮、軀體化、人際關系、驚恐、強迫癥狀、敵對、偏執等分值高于正常。②干預組經干預后抑郁、焦慮、軀體化、人際關系、驚恐分值較干預前有顯著降低，強迫癥狀，敵對、偏執等分值無明顯差異。結論:支持性心理干預、社會支持對社區老年人心理健康有良好的促進作用。

The analysis of psychological interferencein the community nurse to the elderly

【Abstract】aim:this article is aimed to discuss the effects upon life of the elderly in the community after given psychological counseling and treatment by the community nurse. Method:the community nurse spent 36 months door-to-door investigating the life quality of the elderly between age of sixty and ninety in the community，and divided those who are not suffering from severe mental illness into intervention group and non-intervention group at random and each one was 208. They did a twelve-month supportive psychological interference on the intervention group. Result:1. before intervention the two groups got scores above normal of depression，anxiety， somatization，interpersonal relation，phobia，compulsion，and hostility，paranoid. 2. The scores of depression，anxiety，somatization，interpersonal relation，phobia of the intervention group decreased highly，and there were no significant differences in scores of compulsion，hostility and paranoid changed. Conclusion:Supportive psychological interference has a good effect on psychological health of the community elderly.
