“村官”徐君

1.走訪村民是徐君的工作內容之一。一有時間，她總喜歡到村民的家中，和他們聊天，了解他們的生活狀況，幫助他們解決一些生活生產上的問題。

Visiting the villagers is Xu Jun’s regular work. Whenever she is free， she likes to visit the homes of the villagers to chat with them， through which she can understand their living status and help them to solve some problems concerning daily living.

2.敬老院里的老人們盡管吃穿不愁，但他們卻有著缺少親人慰藉的孤獨。徐君學的是心理學，她利用自己的專業優勢經常到敬老院里和老人談心，為老人們排解心里的不順。

Without relatives， the senior villagers in the home for the ages feel lonely. Since she majored in psychology， Xu Jun often goes to the home for the aged to help the senior villagers to get rid of their psychological worries.

3.在村里，徐君和村民們同吃同住同勞動，一天三餐村委的“大鍋飯”，她吃得津津有味。

In the village， Xu Jun works， eats and lives with the villagers. The “big pot dishes” of the village committee make her satisfied.

初春季節，萬物復蘇。又是一批批的大學畢業生四處奔走招聘會尋找自己夢想的季節。在濟南市歷城區王舍人鎮，卻有一名叫徐君的大學生，正在田間地頭忙碌著。她已經是有著半年任職的“村官”了。

2009年8月，畢業于濟南大學心理學專業的徐君，作為濟南市第一批到村任職的大學生中的一員，來到王舍人鎮擔任陳西村黨支部書記助理一職。平日里，她主要負責遠程教育的網絡維護和村民思想教育。這是一份瑣碎而平淡的工作，但她仍然樂在其中。

徐君非常珍惜這段時光。她埋頭工作，將滿腔的熱情播撒在農村。她早來晚走，吃住在辦公室，與村委成員輪流值班，還發揮專業特長到敬老院為老人們當起了“心理醫生”#8943;#8943;

在總結中她寫道:“我堅信，這段經歷將是我人生中最寶貴的一筆財富!”

In August 2009， after graduating in psychology from Jinan University， Xu Jun came to Chenxi Village， Wangsheren Town， Jinan City to act as assistant of the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Village. Although this job is commonplace and ordinary， she enjoys it very much.

Xu Jun cherishes the period she has worked in the village very much. She devotes her enthusiasm to the countryside. She comes to the village early and leaves late. She lives in her office and volunteers to act as the shrink for the senior villagers in the home for the aged.

In her summary report， she writes: “I firmly believe that this period of life will be the most treasured part of my life.”

1.正值妙齡的女孩子，愛美是她們的天性。盡管免不了要從事一些臟累的活，但徐君每天早晨上班前都忘不了精心打扮一番，把最美的一面留給別人。

As a young girl， loving beauty is her nature. Although she has to engage in some dirty work， before going to work every day， Xu Jun never forgets to make herself up.

2.從田間回來，往往粘得滿腳是泥。不過徐君和村民們一樣，已經熟悉了這種生活。

Returning from the field， her shoes are always caked in mud. However， like the villagers， Xu Jun has got used to this kind of life.

3.幫助群眾致富是徐君當“村官”的最大心愿。她是村里科技大棚的常客，在這里，她可以用知識幫助和指導群眾種植管理大棚作物，讓村民盡快發家致富。

Helping the people to get rich is Xu Jun’s biggest wish. She is a frequent visitor to the greenhouses in the village， where she can instruct the villagers on how to manage their crops using her knowledge to help the villagers to get rich as soon as possible.

4.作為村黨支部書記助理，徐君要參加村委的會議，積極為村里的事情獻計出力。因為是大學生，會議的文件大多由她來起草。

As the assistant of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Village， Xu Jun must take part in meetings of the village committee. Since she is a university graduate， she is responsible for drafting most of the documents.
