“新生”明湖居開業(yè)首演

New Minghuju Gave Its First Performance

4月28日，修繕一新的大明湖明湖居舉行了正式開業(yè)儀式，文化旅游劇《明湖曲韻》也同時面向國內(nèi)外賓客正式開演。明湖居是清末民初濟(jì)南的一處曲藝場，因劉鶚在《老殘游記》中的精彩描述聞名遐邇。新明湖居正式投入運營后，除定期演出《明湖曲韻》外，還將精心策劃，整合優(yōu)勢資源，適時舉辦形式各異的專場演出活動，力爭用1至3年時間，將明湖居培育成為具有齊魯風(fēng)格、泉城氣派、特色鮮明、國內(nèi)知名的演藝場所。

On April 28， the opening ceremony of the newly renovated Minghuju in Daming Lake was officially held and the cultural and travel drama of the Minghu Quyun was officially performed for guests from home and abroad. In the late Qing Dynasty and the early period of the Republic of China， Minghuju was a Quyi (Chinese folk art form) venue， which became famous because it was wonderfully described by Liu E(a famous writer in the Qing Dynasty)， in his famous work—The Travels of Laocan. When it fully comes into

operation， in addition to performing the Minghu Quanyun periodically， it will also hold various special performance activities in good time by careful planning and integrating superior resources. In two or three years， the Minghuju is expected to be built into a famous performance venue with distinctive Shandong features， to be a charming place on Jinan， enjoying nationwide reputation.

濟(jì)南市開展“觀世博、游泉城”活動

Jinan Held the Activity of “Visiting the World Epxo， Traveling in Jinan”

4月28日，山東省“觀世博，游山東”活動啟動儀式電視會議在泰安舉行。濟(jì)南市在濟(jì)南分會場組織收看了儀式實況。中共濟(jì)南市委副書記、市長張建國在主會場出席會議。今年濟(jì)南市十分重視做好世博旅游工作，有關(guān)部門也都采取積極措施，推動“觀世博、游泉城”活動深入開展。一季度濟(jì)南市接待中外旅游者和旅游總收入比去年同期分別增長15%和17%。

On April 28， the opening ceremony of the “Visiting the World Expo， Traveling in Shandong” activity was held in Tai’an， Shandong Province. Jinan organizations watched the televised meeting live in Jinan city hall. Zhang Jinanguo， deputy secretary of CPC Jinan Municipal Party Committee and mayor of Jinan Municipal People’s Government attended the meeting at the main meeting venue. Jinan attaches great importance to successfully dealing with the tourism work associated with the World Expo. Departments involved have adopted positive measures as well to promote the further development of the “Visiting the World Expo， Traveling in Jinan” activity. In the first quarter， the numbers of foreign and domestic visitors and the total revenue of tourism have increased 15% and 17% respectively over those of the same period last year.

《魯菜標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》發(fā)布

The Local Standard of Lu Cuisine Standard System Announced

為發(fā)揚傳承魯菜文化，打造魯菜品牌，山東省4月29日正式發(fā)布《魯菜標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系》地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，旨在用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)范化力量傳承、發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新魯菜文化。這次發(fā)布的《魯菜標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系》分析了魯菜烹飪涉及的各個環(huán)節(jié)，實現(xiàn)了從原料到餐桌的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和流程化操作，包括綜合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、烹飪原料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、烹飪工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、魯式菜品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、烹飪設(shè)備使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。魯菜是中國傳統(tǒng)的四大菜系之一，是以山東菜為代表的北方菜的概括。

In order to develop and inherit the culture of Lu Cuisine and build up the brand， Shandong Province officially announced the local standard of Lu Cuisine Standard System， for the purpose of developing and creating the culture of Lu Cuisine by taking advantage of standardized power. In this system， various cooking processes of Lu Cuisine are analyzed. And the standardized and streamlined complete process from raw materials to dinner table， including the comprehensive standard， raw material standard， workmanship standard， Lu dishes standard， and the employment of the cooking equipment standard are realized. As one of four famous traditional Chinese dishes， Lu Cuisine is the abstraction of North dishes represented by Shandong Cuisine.

濟(jì)南市政啟動“百千萬”民心工程

Jinan Municipal Administration Started the Project to Benefit People

4月25日上午，由濟(jì)南市市政公用事業(yè)局主辦的“百千萬”民心工程在泉城廣場啟動，“百千萬”分別指:為市民辦百件實事;組織千人志愿團(tuán)為民服務(wù);調(diào)研萬戶居民了解民意。市政公用事業(yè)局今年正通過實施六大“組合拳”，全面規(guī)范和提升服務(wù)水平，為全市“轉(zhuǎn)方式、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、促增長、惠民生、保穩(wěn)定”提供高效、有力的市政支撐。

On the morning of April 25， the People-beneficial Project of “Hundred， Thousand， and Ten Thousand” started at the Quancheng (Spring) Square. It is hosted by Jinan Municipal Public Utilities Bureau. “Hundred” means “to solve a hundred of problems for citizens”， “Thousand” to organize a volunteering team of 1，000 to offer services to people， and “Ten Thousand” to make a survey on ten thousand people to know their opinions. Jinan Municipal Public Utilities Bureau will officially implement the six “combination blows” to fully standardize and improve service level， so as to provide efficient and powerful support for the whole city to “adjust its structure， promote growth， benefit the people and keep stability.”

濟(jì)南市第六次人口普查啟動

Jinan Started the Sixth Population Census

濟(jì)南市第六次人口普查工作已全面展開，普查的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時點為2010年11月1日零時。與前幾次人口普查相比，此次人口普查擴(kuò)大了普查對象，首次把標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時點居住在中國大陸的港澳臺和外籍人員納入普查對象。普查的另一個特點是進(jìn)行雙向登記，既要登記居民的戶籍所在地，又要對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時點時人員所在位置進(jìn)行登記，以保證人口流向與所在位置的統(tǒng)一。據(jù)了解，新中國成立60年來，已開展了5次人口普查工作，約10年進(jìn)行一次，第五次人口普查于2000年11月進(jìn)行。

On April 27， the sixth population census in Jinan has been reportedly in full swing. The standard beginning time is midnight on November 1， 2010. Compared with the previous ones， the census enlarged its targets and for the first time brings people in Hong Kong， Macao andTaiwan and foreigners living on the Chinese Mainland within the remit of the census during the standard period. This census also features dual registration including registration of residents’ native place and the place where people are living at the standard time to ensure uniformity between population flow and current location. It is learnt that China has organized five censuses since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China， with one held every 10 years. The fifth one was conducted on November 2000.

6條公交線恢復(fù)在火車站廣場運行

6 Bus Lines Restart Work in Railway Station Square

4月30日起，3路、9路、11路、18路、43路、K51等6條公交線路恢復(fù)在火車站廣場運行，其余線路也將陸續(xù)恢復(fù)在火車站廣場的運行。至此，禁止公交車進(jìn)站半年之久的火車站，終于可以讓廣大市民在站內(nèi)輕松乘坐公交車而不需多跑腿了。“實現(xiàn)體面勞動”、“讓公民生活得更加有尊嚴(yán)”說到底是對民生的重視和對民意的尊重，是職能部門做任何事情的出發(fā)點和落腳點。讓人欣慰的是，火車站的管理者終于認(rèn)識到了。

From April 30， 6 bus lines including No.3， No.9， No.11， No.18， No.43 and K51 resumed operation in railway station square， with other lines to resume later in succession. Now， citizens can take buses conveniently inside the railway station as they did six months ago， rather than walking for a long distance. “To realize decent work” and “making citizens’ life more dignified” in deed is to focus on people’s life and respect for public opinion， and also is the starting and finishing point for functional departments. Delightedly we see that the managers of the railway station finally realize this point.
