青海省省委常委、常務副省長徐福順在第五屆國際沙棘協會大會開幕式上的致辭

尊敬的劉寧副部長，各位來賓，女士們、先生們：

大家上午好！

今天，我們相聚在美麗的夏都西寧，共同慶祝第五屆國際沙棘協會大會隆重開幕！在此，我代表青海省委、省政府向蒞臨大會的各位領導、專家學者以及企業界的朋友們表示熱烈的歡迎和衷心的感謝！

國際沙棘大會是國際沙棘界最高級別的會議，是沙棘行業的 “奧林匹克”盛會。今天，來自世界各國專門研究與開發沙棘產業的專家、學者和企業家們匯聚在一起，相互交流學習，共享沙棘領域取得的新成果，必將進一步加快沙棘產業的研究與開發進程，促進國際間的交流與合作，推進沙棘產業的快速健康發展。

青藏高原是世界沙棘的起源地，青海不僅是國內沙棘資源分布最廣、面積最大的省份，而且獨特的高原氣候培育出獨有的肋果沙棘和西藏沙棘，成為沙棘中的瑰寶。近年來，在省委、省政府的大力支持下，在各企業的共同努力下，青海在沙棘種植、產業化發展等方面取得了長足進步。目前，全省有沙棘資源400多萬畝，約占全國沙棘資源總量的10%；沙棘產品出口占全國沙棘產品出口總額的三分之二以上；沙棘產品廣泛應用于醫藥、保健、食品等行業。與此同時，我們不斷加大對外交流合作的力度，積極參與國際沙棘產品市場的推廣，先后與德國、法國、美國、加拿大、巴西、俄羅斯等國建立了良好、廣泛的商業合作關系，有力地推動了沙棘產業的國際化發展。

本屆大會的召開，對我們進一步展示大美青海形象、展示青海高原特色資源產業提供了良好的機遇，也為國內外沙棘組織、企業和沙棘工作者提供了一個學術交流、合作洽談的良好平臺。希望與會專家、學者及企業家們，在交流經驗、探討問題、研究對策的同時，充分展示國際國內沙棘產業發展的最新產品和技術，努力實現沙棘產業生態效益、經濟效益、社會效益的有機統一，為推動沙棘產業蓬勃發展做出新的更大貢獻！

Good morning！

Today，we gather together in Xining，the beautiful summer city，to celebrate the grand opening of the 5th ISA Conference.Hereon，on behalf of Qinghai Party Committee and the People’s Government，I would like to extend our warmest welcome and sincere appreciation to all the officials，experts and the friends from all over the world.

International Seabuckthorn Conference is the conference of international seabuckthorn circles at the highest level，and it is the Olympics of seabuckthorn industry.Today，experts，scholars and entrepreneurs，who are specialized in the research and development of seabuckthorn industry from all over the world，are gathering together to exchange and learn from each other，and to share the new achievements of seabuckthorn industry，and this certainly will speed up the research and development course of seabuckthorn industry，accelerate international exchange and cooperation，and promote the rapid and health development of seabuckthorn development.

Qinghai－Tibet Plateau is the origin of world seabuckthorn，Qinghai is not merely aprovince in China with most extensively distributed seabuckthorn resources and the largest areas of seabuckthorn resources，the unique plateau climate cultivated the unique subsp.neurocarpa and h.Thibetanna，which has become the gen of seabuckthorn.In the recent years，with the great support of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and People’s Government and the efforts from different enterprises，Qinghai has made great progress in seabuckthorn plantation and industrialization.At the time being，Qinghai Province has more than 270，000hm2of seabuckthorn resources，accounting for about 10 percent of the total national seabuckthorn resources，seabuckthorn products export occupies more than two thirds of the total national export of seabuckthorn products，and seabuckthorn products are broadly used in medicine，healthcare and food industries.At the same time，we continuously strengthen foreign exchange and cooperation，actively participate in the promotion of international seabuckthorn products market，establish close commercial cooperation relationship with Germany，France，the United States，Canada，Brazil，Russia and other countries，and powerfully promote the international development of seabuckthorn industry.

This conference provides a good opportunity for showing the beautiful image of Qinghai and displaying Qinghai Plateau characteristic resource industry，and also provides a good platform for academic exchanges and cooperation for seabuckthorn organizations，enterprises and seabuckthorn workers both domestic and abroad.I hope，when all of the experts，scholars and entrepreneurs are exchanging experiences，investigating problems and finding conclusions，you can fully demonstrate the latest seabuckthorn products and technology of world seabuckthorn industry development，make great effort to realize the unity of ecological，economic and social benefits of the seabuckthorn industry，and make great contributions to promoting the vigorous development of seabuckthorn industry！
