全路紀念建黨90周年大會

全路紀念中國共產黨成立90周年暨創先爭優活動表彰大會于6月27日在鐵道部隆重舉行，鐵道部黨組書記、部長盛光祖出席并講話。他強調，全路各級黨組織和廣大共產黨員要以先進集體、先進個人為榜樣，繼承和發揚黨的優良傳統，深入開展創先爭優活動，在加快轉變鐵路發展方式、推進鐵路科學發展中展示新作為、作出新貢獻。

盛光祖說，中國共產黨自1921年成立到現在，已經走過了90年的光輝歷程。90年來，我們黨緊緊團結和依靠全國各族人民，實現了民族獨立和人民解放，建立了人民當家做主的新中國，建立了獨立的比較完整的工業體系和國民經濟體系，開創了中國特色社會主義道路。盛光祖指出，面對新形勢、新任務和新要求，各級黨組織必須堅持以科學發展觀為指導，認真學習貫徹胡錦濤總書記七一重要講話和考察鐵路時的重要指示精神，堅持以改革創新的精神加強鐵路黨的建設，為推進鐵路科學發展提供堅強有力的思想和組織保證。

Full railway commemorating the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party and awards activities ceremony held on June 27 in the Ministry of Railways， Sheng Guangzu， Party secretary and Minister of the Ministry of Railways attended and delivered a speech. He stressed that all Party organizations and Party members at all levels of railway must see the advanced collectives and advanced individuals as example， inherit and carry forward the Party's fine tradition， develop activities in depth， show new activities and make new contributions in the accelerating the transformation of railway development and promoting the development.

Sheng Guangzu said that from 1921 to the present， the Chinese Communist Party has gone through 90 years of glorious history.

During these 90 years， our Party united firmly and relied on the people of all nationalities， has achieved national independence and liberation， established the new China of people's sovereignty， established an independent and relatively complete industrial system and national economic system， created a Chinese characteristics socialist road.

Sheng Guangzu pointed that face the new situation， new tasks and new requirements， organizations at all levels must adhere to the scientific outlook on development as guidance， earnestly study and implement Hu Jintao's important speech on july 1st and the important instructions of railway inspection， adhere to the reforminnovation to strengthen the party's railway construction， provide strong scientific ideas and organizational guarantees in order to accelerate the transformation of railway development， promote the development of the railway.
