建筑設(shè)計(jì)：mk27工作室

Decameron家具實(shí)體店位于圣保羅家具商業(yè)街的一塊出租地段上。為能實(shí)現(xiàn)又快又經(jīng)濟(jì)的建造，該項(xiàng)目將建筑在地段上的地基做得較淺，基本上都使用易于裝配的工業(yè)元素。

空間的建造采用了海運(yùn)集裝箱和采用特殊設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)的混合方案。雖然集裝箱尺寸預(yù)設(shè)帶來(lái)一些空間上的限制，它特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)屬性還是非常利于堆疊搭建的。兩層的集裝箱形成了可以陳列展示產(chǎn)品的隧道空間。

展示家具需要的大跨度空間采用金屬結(jié)構(gòu)建造。這個(gè)空間前后用帶有聚碳酸酯槽的雙層高金屬窗圍合。地段后部是一個(gè)鋪設(shè)卵石的植樹庭院。當(dāng)兩個(gè)出入口同時(shí)開(kāi)放時(shí)，整個(gè)商店就會(huì)被整合到城市環(huán)境中。在忙碌的高峰時(shí)段，商店只開(kāi)后門，成為以內(nèi)部庭院為主導(dǎo)的專注空間。

地段后面的辦公室由玻璃幕墻圍合，這使得設(shè)計(jì)師們也能夠投入到銷售活動(dòng)中。設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)程的兩端通過(guò)內(nèi)部庭院形成互動(dòng)，如同這個(gè)小項(xiàng)目中的其他對(duì)比元素： 城市生活的強(qiáng)度與小型自然環(huán)境的對(duì)比； 集裝箱的力量感與金屬結(jié)構(gòu)的輕盈感的對(duì)比； 線性的隧道與立方體塊的對(duì)比。□（厲奇宇 譯）

The showroom of the Decameron furniture store is located on a rented site in the furniture commercial alley in S?o Paulo. To make the quick and economic construction viable, the project worked with the premise of a light occupation of the lot, basically done with industrial elements,which could easily be assembled.

The space was constructed through a mixed solution, with maritime transport containers and a specifically designed structure. Despite the spatial limitation imposed by the pre-determined dimension of the containers, the piece has impressive structural attributes that makes piling them possible. Two stories of containers form tunnels where products are displayed side by side.

The ample span, necessary to show furniture in relation with each other, is constructed by a metallic structure. This space is closed, in front and in back, by double-height metal casements with alveolar polycarbonate. At the back of the lot, there is a patio filled with trees and a pebbledground. When both doors are simultaneously opened, the whole store becomes integrated with its urban context. At rush stressful hours, by opening only the back doors, the store becomes self-absorbed, ruled by the presence of the innergarden.

On the back of the site is the office, closed by a glass wall that enables the designers to take part on the sales life. Two edges of the design process in contact through the inner patio as other opposing strengths also meet at this small project: The intensity of the urban life and a small nature retreat, the power of the containers and the lightness of the metallic structure and finally the linearity of the tunnels and the cubic volume.□(圖片提供/Images courtesy: studio mk27)
