信息管理與信息系統專業人才培養模式創建研究

摘要： 分析了當前德州學院信息管理與信息系統專業學生學習和就業情況，研究了地方本科院校信息管理與信息系統專業創新型人才培養模式與社會服務之間的關系。針對學校與社會需求存在脫節，學生創新意識不強，對企業的研發方向知之甚少等問題，對現有的培養模式進行改進。創建了一種新的培養模式，以求讓學生的創新與企業的創新融為一體，進一步增強地方本科院校的實力。

Research on the creation of training mode of information management and information system
——using information management and information system in Dezhou university as an example

Abstract： At present, according to learning and employment situation of students majoring in information management and information system in Dezhou University, there exist irrelevance between students'' study condition in school and the needs of the society. Most students are poor in innovative consciousness and only know a little about company''s research direction. The current teaching mode needs to be further improved. A teaching mode of local undergraduate college is proposed, which combines students'' initiative with innovative requirement of enterprises. So it can provide better services for development of local colleges and make the ability of social service stronger and stronger.
