In order to attract more Chinese tourists to Denmark, as well as further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between Denmark and Chinese enterprises and people, Chongqing Denmark Visa Center started operation on April 18.

Coming to Chongqing once again, Mr. Petersen was really happy, " Chongqing is a special city and competitive, I used to visit here a lot, if I had to describe the city in one word, I would say ' big '.This is a really great city.” Petersen said, Denmark has been very concerned about Chongqing, and focus has been moved to Chongqing, Denmark Tourist Board and universities came to Chongqing for development is a good proof. “Today there are about 480 Danish companies developing in China, Chongqing also has companies like Carlsberg, KK electronics doing business here very well, and we want other companies to come to Chongqing seeking cooperation in other areas, and succeed in the next 5-10 years.”
Mr. Petersen hoped that the newly established Chongqing Denmark visa application Centre can provide help for people who are in Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing going to Denmark and other EU countries. “We need not only commercial development, as well as travel interaction between two sides. Right now there are a lot of Chinese tourists traveling to Europe, while Denmark is a must travel place, which is a chance. ” At this point, Mr. Petersen cited Anderson's words "travel is life", welcoming more people in Chongqing and Western China region travel to Denmark.
