中西部貧困山區農村信息化的供需協同分析

摘要：“信息鴻溝”是制約中西部貧困山區趕超式發展的瓶頸，而供需協同短缺則是導致“信息鴻溝”的癥結。從中西部貧困山區農村信息化市場考察著手，對有效供給不足、有效需求不足的現實困境進行了剖析。基于中西部貧困山區的實際提出了強化供方激勵、提升農戶需求意愿、培育中間服務主體、將大學生“村官”培養成農村信息化生力軍、發揮第三方典型示范等一攬子促進供需協同的針對性建議。

Analysis of Countryside Informatization Supply and Demand Collaborative in the Midwest Poor Mountainous Areas

Abstract：“Information gap” is the bottleneck which restricts economic take-off in the midwest poor mountainous areas， and the shortage of informatization supply and demand collaborative is the crux which leads to the “information gap”. This article first studied the countryside informatization market in the midwest poor mountainous areas， then deeply analyzed the dilemma of both supply and demand shortage. Finally， from the perspective for supply and demand collaborative， the article suggested we could accelerate the development of countryside informatization in the midwest poor mountainous areas by means of increasing the suppliers incentive and famers desire， fostering intermediate service principal， changing the college-educated village officials into new force， and playing the role of the third partys model demonstration.
