安達大都匯將成為柬埔寨首都的最高建筑，也會是安達銀行坐落于新興商務金融區的全新總部。這座嶄新大樓將成為柬埔寨的首座高層建筑，其目標在于為金邊中心地帶建設獨特的世界級高層建筑，引領該地區的二次開發。大廈展現龍的造型，而龍正好象征幸運和財富。

設計方案旨在金邊市創建獨特、活潑而功能強大、效率高的地標。建筑物的外形源于龍，因為龍象征著活躍、生機、強大。建筑物的立面更是特別采用龍的鱗片為造型，深刻體現龍的概念。

設計方案中，我們還以龍的概念為基礎，引入其它元素，如瀑布和絲帶，凸出其動感的流線形態。

概念經深化后，我們在原有設計上增添了一顆珍珠，具體表現則是東塔頂部交易樓層上方的專用功能間。

The development of the V attanac Capital in the heart of Phnom Penh is to be the tallest building in the capital and shall place the new V attanac Bank headquarters solidly in the heart of an emerging new business and f nancial district. This new building will be the f rst high rise building in Cambodia. This project aims to provide Phnom Penh with a distinctive, new world-class high rise building in the heart of an area primed for redevelopment. The shape of the tower evokes images of a dragon’s back - symbolizing good luck and wealth.

The goal of the design is to create a landmark tower in the city which is unique, dynamic and at the same time functional and eff cient. The building expression was inspired by a Dragon due to its energetic, dynamic and powerful presence. What is more, the building fa?ade particularly has taken the form of the Dragon scale as a metaphor in order to strengthen the Dragon concept.

In the design, on top of the Dragon concept, we have also introduced some other elements such as waterfall and ribbon so as to enhance its f uid and dynamic form.

The idea developed further to include a pearl (on the dragon’s back)which evolved into the special function rooms above the trading f oor on the top of the East Tower.
