摘要:隨著人們日益增長的健康需求及醫學科學的發展,門診就診患者與日俱增、病種日趨復雜。隨之而來的,提高門診護理人員服務質量的要求顯得尤為重要。在大力提倡\"以人為本\"、\"個性化服務\"的今天,開展優質護理服務、構建和諧醫患關系,已經成為重要議題。因此,轉變服務理念、提升自身素質、調動群體積極性、推行\"醫護一體化\"理念等舉措逐漸成為醫院門診開展優質護理服務的重要方向。這些觀念的提出也必將成為和諧就醫的重要環節。

New Initiatives of Quality Nursing Care in Outpatient of Hospital

Abstract:With the improvement of people's quality of life and the development of medical science, the health diseases has become increasingly complex nowadays. Thus,the requirements of improve the service quality of outpatient in nursing care is particularly important.Right now,in the circumstance of promoting people-oriented medical care,personalized service and carrying out high-quality care,building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship becomes more and more significant. Therefore,changing the service concept which help for enhancing our own diathesis,mobilizing the population enthusiasm, implementing the concept of health care integration initiatives gradually become an important direction to carry out high-quality care. These ideas will also become an important part of harmonious medical.

門診是醫院及醫護人員面向患者、面向社會的重要窗口。隨著醫療技術的發展及人們日益增長的健康需求,門診疾病診治量逐年攀升。在大力提倡\"以人為本\"、\"個性化服務\"的今天,開展優質護理服務、構建和諧醫患關系,已經成為重要議題。自2010年國家衛生部大力倡導醫護人員\"優質護理服務\"后,我院經過2年余的探索與改進,在\"轉變服務理念、提升自身素質、調動群體積極性、推行醫護一體化理念\"等舉措上進行了全面的革新,目前已發展成為為門診患者提供全面的、全程的、專業的、人性化的責任制護理的服務團隊。
1轉變服務理念,改進服務模式,強化服務目的
以往的護理服務普遍強調護理人員的護理技術,而在某種程度上忽視了人性化服務。在此次門診優質護理服務中,一個重要的轉變措施即是要求護理人員切實開展\"患者至上\"、\"變被動為主動服務\"、\"把人性化服務作為護理工作的根本出發點和立足點\"。……
