復方丹參滴丸與步長穩心顆粒治療房顫的效果觀察

摘要：目的 了解復方丹參滴丸聯合步長穩心顆粒治療房顫的效果。方法 對60例房顫（包括陣發性和持續性房顫）患者應用復方丹參滴丸與步長穩顆粒聯合用藥一個月，房顫的發生根據動態心電圖的前后變化對比及對患者的臨床癥狀觀察療效。結果 復方丹參滴丸與步長穩心顆粒聯合治療房顫有顯著療效，用藥1個療程后，房顫的發生情況明顯減少或消失，治愈率78.3%。結論 復方丹參滴丸與步長穩心顆粒聯合治療房顫效果顯著，口服給藥，方法簡單，無不良反應。

Efficacy of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills and Buchangwenxin Granule Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation

Abstract：Objective：to study the effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills And Buchangwenxin granules for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Methods：60 cases of application of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills And Buchangwenxin granules with atrial fibrillation patients for a month，we observe curative treatment of the atrial fibrillation based on dynamic electrocardiogram changes. Results： Compound Danshen Dropping Pills And Buchangwenxin granules of atrial fibrillation treatment has significant curative effect，after a course of treatment，the occurrence of atrial fibrillation obviously reduced or even disappeared，the cure rate was 78.3%. Conclusion：The effect of combinate using of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills and Buchangwenxin granules on atrial fibrillation is remarkable，the method is simple because of taking orally，and no bad reaction occured.

房顫是很常見的一種心律失常， 是心房呈無序激動產生混亂的心房除極和無效的心房收縮，是由心房-主導折返環引起許多小折返環導致的房律紊亂，使心房和心室的激動出現不同的節律。可導致患者殘疾或病死率增加。少數患者沒有臨床癥狀，大部分患者早期會表現為頭暈、心慌、胸悶，活動耐力差，房顫危害很大，會引起心力衰竭和腦中風以及其他器官栓塞，嚴重的可威脅生命。我院對2011年12月～2013年7月接診的60例房顫患者應用丹參滴丸和步長穩心顆粒治療，取得明顯的療效。

結果如下：

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料 收集我院從2011年12月～2013年7月接診的60例患者，動態心電圖提示為房顫節律或陣發性房顫，男28例，女32例，年齡45～75歲，平均年齡62歲。房顫發作時伴有頭暈、心慌、胸悶，活動耐力差，26例患者伴有ST-T段的改變，原發疾病：冠心病27 例，高血壓病31例，心衰2例，糖尿病5例。……
