目前研究發(fā)現(xiàn)NK/T細胞淋巴瘤與EB病毒感染關(guān)系密切，尤其是鼻腔NK/T細胞淋巴瘤病例，80%～100%都存在EB病毒感染[1]。有研究顯示，血漿EBVDNA滴度與疾病的侵襲有關(guān)，可以作為一種腫瘤負荷標記，從而對預后具有一定的指導意義[2]。本研究利用熒光定量PCR技術(shù)檢測外周血中游離EBVDNA拷貝數(shù)，分析其在鼻型NK/T細胞淋巴瘤中表達的意義。
