General secretary Hu Jintao proposed that definitely disagree with following the evil road of changing our banner over the eighteenth congress,stressed the importance of upholding the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the very beginning.With China's reform and openness,and its rapid economic development,some people think that currently the flag issue is out of date,But that's not the case,economy is the foundation and political feeding back into economy.The correct political path can have the effect of external stability for economic development."Banner"issure as the primary content of the political subject,cannot be ignored,which is a matter of the country's direction for future efforts,and is the premise of guarantee to develop national policy correctly.

1 Mainstream American values

Today,many people advocate learning the western democratic politics,take the so-called"western"road,think the United States is a country of freedom and democracy.Although the United States advocates freedom,but its freedom is limited in its mainstream values.The values are believe in freedom,democracy and equality,but the true is it only represents part of the population of the United States.The United States is a nation composed of immigrants from all over the world and the local Indian.The nations who occupy the mainstream values are original British Anglo-Saxons,and British Americans who believe in Protestant.They are the American mainstream nation,other race is judged by their cultural and moral standards All of these who represent the mainstream values are in a key position in American society,such as the U.S.presidents,Though Obama is black,but Mr.Obama represents the mainstream American values.And because of this,Americans elected him as thier President.So are the positions of federal judge and news media,even the core positions of some sports,cheerleaders and so on.Mainstream American values into every corner of society,under the guidance of the mainstream values,American gives full play to the advantages of various nationalities,work together to beuild the nation.For example,the second largest ethnic in United States are German-Americans,who are good at military operations,participated the two world wars in Pershing,Nimitz,Dwight Eisenhower,etc.Second,the jews is good at doing business and art,most of American assets is controlled by the jews,and so are the eight movie companies in the United States,and so on.The other nations for example,Chinese people are good at physics,mathematics and chemistry,Irish people are good at making political strategy and the blacks are good at sports and entertainment,etc.In the United States,a nation of multinational immigrants,why it can become the world's most developed countries,and only had a big split in history?In addition to the superior geographical position,the guidance of mainstream values behind the American brings the nations in different countries together,really make the best possible use of men and materials.

2 The lesson of change of the Soviet Union flag

We can analyze the cause of the collapse of the Soviet Union,by comparison of the role that American mainstream values for the United States.The Soviet Union happened the 8.19 Incident for the failure of the reforms of Gorbachev in 1991,which led to the soviet communist party lost ruling status,the accession countries broken away from the Soviet union,ultimately led to the collapse of the Soviet Union.Ethnic groups in the Soviet Union was similar with the United States,though it was not a nation of immigrants,but also was a nation of multiple ethnic groups.Then why did the Soviet Union split instead of becoming today's power country like the United States?The reasons are various,some from history and some from economy.One of the reason is that some people think the socialist theory was not applicable to the Soviet Union,hindered the progress of the Soviet Union.This was not because the socialist theory was not applicable,but the Soviet deviated from the socialist road,thus led to the collapse.

In 1953 after the death of Stalin,his successor Khrushchev made a“secret report”in the 20 major meeting of soviet communist party,published“Personal Worship and Its Consequences”,crazily attacked on Stalin's theory and policy,accused the Stalinist is individual adoration,broke the blind worship of Stalin.On the one hand,it was good for people to recognize errors,on the other hand,it put people's thought into confusion,which made people began to confusion in cognition of the socialist road.Further more,Khrushchev deviated from the basic principles of leninism,denied class struggle and the dictatorship of the proletariat of marxism-leninism,preached “a party of the entire people”and “a country of the entire people”,began to advocate revisionism,which stired up the thoughts of party and people.Khrushchev period prepared the way of Soviet collapse for all kinds of crisis.when Brezhnev came into the office,not only put Khrushchev under house arrest,facing the Soviet Union's political turmoil he adopted the means of eclecticismand,promoted “Brezhnev Doctrine”,more crazily curried out revisionist and hegemonism.Later Gorbachev abandoned Brezhnev,advocacy of“new thinking",and promation of the so-called“democratic socialism",namely guiding diversity of ideology.On the polity,adopted multi-party system and parliamentary politics.On the economy,implemented privatization.On the military construction,advocated nonparty and non-political and so on.All of this eventually made the party lose the ruling status,all achievements of socialist have been lost.When president Yeltsin came into office,Russia followed the path of capitalism,but because the “shock therapy"of expert guidance from the United States,Russia's economy fall to the brink of collapse,and accompanied with the serious problems such as political corruption and the Chechnya crisis.Just because the leaders of the Soviet Union did not hold the the right direction of banner,despite they have criticized the errors of the former leaders,but failed to seek truth from facts and follow objective and fair,they only for the sake of taking power and establishing personal authority,implemented revisionist blindly without considering its national conditions,departing from the socialist road wrongly,which finally caused people upset of ideas and make a confused state of mind and country's divisions.

3 The exploration of flag direction in China

The exploration of flag direction in China can be traced back to the the opium war,which first began from learning western advanced science and technology.The feudal landlord class in Qing dynasty put forward“learn from west to defeat the west”.Later the reform movement of 1898 began to learn the western political system.During the period of the republic of China,chinese began to learn western ideology and culture.However,democratic revolution of the old type still could not change the present situation of the country.China remains in a semi-colonial and semi-feudal country,being divided and enduring impoverishment.Although they all in the name of democracy,still managed the state using a set of ideas of feudal society.For example,Yuan Shikai curried out restoration under the banner of democracy,Duan Chirui enjoyed the reputation of“build republican three times”.But he was as well as Yuan Shikai on the solution of saving the nation.So are the followed“practicing bribery at the election”President of Cao kun and Chiang Kai-shek's national government,relying on the support of imperialist powers and ruling the state with the means of feudal.In the end only the communist party of China who led by Mao Zedong found a way to save the country and established the new China,makes china today stands in the east of the world.

Today many people have their doubts about Mao Zedong,even maliciously slander or rail at Mao Zedong and other old revolutionist.They think the great leap forward “culture revolution”in Mao Zedong period hindered the process of China's social development.They dream that Chiese economic would develop rapidly like Taiwan and Japan and South Koreaa,if it was under Nationalist rule.I personally think that this is completely insane.If the imperialism were not be expelled by the old revolutionist,and the national independence haven't been realized,there would be neither reform and opening up nor national rejuvenation.If Chiang Kai-shek's Nationalists defeated the liberation army,for his internal was still unstable,various factions would also make new confrontation,warlord dogfight would still continue,our country would fall into chaos once again,the foreign powers would look for new agents to carve up China once again.Although after the founding of the State,the leaders of communist party of China made some mistakes in exploration and construction of the national road.However it's hard to avoid these mistakes,because there was no ready-made experience.When a mistake appears,analyzing and understanding deeply is to avoid making a bigger mistake.Deng Xiaoping also said “We are building socialism is just like fumbling the way to cross the river,without any reference example”.Now under the leadership of the chinese communist party,basically achieves the national unity,and people's backs straight with pride.Although there are many domestic problems need to be solved,contradiction between the classes is outstanding.But there is an old Chinese saying“brother have quarrel in the wall but fight the outside strangers together”.No matter what the contradiction is among our people,when meeting the foreign aggression,we would inevitable unite as one of the Chinese nation,fight against the invasion of the enemy together,rather than occurs country divided which happened before.In the past,there was Anti-Japanese War fight by the whole nation,and today there is a“Baodiao”movement which the whole people are dead to protect the right of Diaoyu island.All of this reflect that no matter how sharp the contradiction is within inside china,the national spirit with patriotism is a standing flag in the heart of every Chinese.So how to grasp this flag relates to the direction of China's socialist road and the leadership of the chinese communist party.
