摘 要 21世紀的競爭歸根結底是人才的競爭,人才的綜合素質不僅影響一個國家的科技發展水平,更影響一個國家的綜合國力,因此從一定程度上來說,國家間的競爭也就是教育水平的競爭。為適應當前經濟發展趨勢,我國正在逐步實行教育改革。本文主要探討小組聯動合作探究模式在高中語文教學中的應用策略,對高中語文教學起到的積極意義。

Abstract Competition in the 21st century in the final analysis is the talent competition, the overall quality of talent not only affects a country's level of technological development, but also affect a country's comprehensive national strength, and therefore to some extent, competition between countries is the education level of competition. To adapt to the current economic trends, China is gradually implement educational reform. This paper focuses on the linkage group to explore patterns of cooperation policy is applied in high school language teaching, and for high school language teaching has played a positive meaning.

0 前言
隨著教育改革的深入與教育水平的提高,高中語文教學模式也必然要發生改變。傳統的以教師為主體的教學模式已經不能滿足現代語文教學需要,新型的小組聯動合作探究模式不僅能激發學生學習的積極性,充分發揮學生的思維能力,更有助于提高高中語文教學質量,從而實現高中語文教學目標。
1 小組聯動合作探究模式內涵
小組聯動探究合作探究模式是指兩個或兩個以上學習小組,為達到共同的學習目的而開展的互動學習的過程。小組聯動合作探究模式是一種具有創意性的教學模式,能實現學生與學生、學生與教師之間的交流,促進學生在認知、情感和適應性等方面的個性化的發展。①
2 小組聯動合作探究模式的原則
2.1 主體性原則
學生是開展高中語文教學的主體,更是高中語文教學目標實現的基礎。要想使小組聯動合作探究模式在高中語文教學中發揮積極作用,首先要使該模式獲得學主認可,讓學生積極參與小組聯動合作探究模式?!?br>
