摘 要:以擬薄水鋁石為前軀體,在酸性粘結劑作用下形成膠團,擠條成型后經不同溫度焙燒制備氧化鋁載體,利用XRD,F(xiàn)TIR,熱重分析,固體核磁等技術對其物性及微觀結構進行表征,研究焙燒溫度對氧化鋁化學性質及微觀結構的影響規(guī)律。結果表明:600~700 ℃焙燒時,隨著焙燒溫度的升高,氧化鋁載體孔徑分布呈集中分布,酸量總體呈下降趨勢,焙燒完全所需時間大大縮短。

Effect of Calcination Temperature on Physical-chemical Properties of Alumina Carrier

Abstract: Taking pseudo-boehmite as precursor, colloid was formed with acid binders, then alumina carrier was prepared via extrusion process,and calcination process under different temperature. The alumina carrier was characterized by using XRD, FTIR, thermogravimetry, solid-state NMR and so on. Influencing rule of calcination temperature on chemical properties and microcosmic structure of the alumina carrier was investigated. The results show that: when calcination temperature is at 600~700℃, with increasing of the calcination temperature, the pore size distribution presents concentration distribution, the amount of acid decreases, the calcination time can be reduced greatly.

A12O3具有載體所要求的很多優(yōu)良物化性質,加上鋁資源很豐富,A12O3價格比較便宜,因此,A12O3作為催化劑載體已獲得了廣泛應用?,F(xiàn)在煉油工業(yè)中用的加氫處理催化劑(除加氫裂化催化劑外)和重整催化劑幾乎都是采用以A12O3為主要成分的載體[1]。一般的,在9種晶型的氧化鋁中,γ- A12O3又稱為活性氧化鋁,最適宜作為催化劑的載體,因此有關活性氧化鋁的研究較多。
我國傳統(tǒng)的催化劑載體采用在500 ℃下焙燒4 h的焙燒活化工藝,存在著能耗大,且單機處理效率低,催化劑成本高等問題。本課題針對催化劑載體,研究提高活化溫度、縮短活化時間的焙燒活化工藝技術。通過X射線衍射(XRD)、冷場發(fā)射掃描電鏡(SEM)、低溫氮氣物理吸附(BET)、熱重-質譜(TG-MS)和固體核磁共振(MAS-NMR)等技術對氧化鋁載體進行表征分析,并考察焙燒溫度對氧化鋁載體理化性質的影響,進而得到焙燒溫度、時間對氧化鋁載體物化性質影響的變化規(guī)律,為催化劑載體的焙燒活化提供理論基礎?!?br>
