摘 要: 對山東石大科技集團有限公司20×104 t/a蠟油催化裂化裝置加工蘇丹高酸原油的工業試驗進行標定。結果表明,高酸原油進催化裂化直接加工是完全可行的,它可起到常壓蒸餾和催化裂化雙重效果;高酸原油中的環烷酸在提升管高溫環境下99%發生分解反應,避免了環烷酸后續加工對設備的腐蝕;原油殘炭高,金屬含量大,裝置必須全開外取熱并采取降處理量操作,催化劑中毒容易出現失活。

Industrial Test Calibration of Catalytic
Cracking Process of Sudan High Acid Crude Oil

Abstract: Industrial test of processing Sudan high acid crude oil with 20×104 t/a wax oil catalytic cracking unit in Shtar science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. was calibrated. The results show that the direct processing of high acid crude oil with catalytic cracking unit is feasible, and it can play a double effect of atmospheric distillation and catalytic cracking; 99% of naphthenic acid in high acid crude oil can decompose in the riser under the environment of high temperature, which can avoid the equipment corrosion caused by the naphthenic acid in subsequent processing; Because crude oil residue and metal content are high, external heat collectors of the device must be fully run, and the amount of treatment need be decreased, catalyst deactivation easily appears after poisoning.

隨著我國經濟的快速增長,人們對能源的需求越來越大,我國已發現并開采的石油中絕大部分是高酸原油。為了解決高酸原油中環烷酸對常減壓裝置的腐蝕問題,山東石大科技集團與中國石油大學(華東)化學化工學院合作,于2009年進行了兩段提升管催化裂化裝置直接加工蘇丹達爾高酸原油的工業試驗,開辟一條高酸原油以最短的加工流程生產出汽、柴油的新路線,部分解決了低硫輕質原油短缺問題。
工業試驗標定是在催化裂化裝置一段提升管進料全部為蘇丹達爾高酸原油,二段提升管不回煉油漿和回煉油,只回煉少量石腦油的情況下進行,重點考察加工高酸原油對裝置操作條件、產品分布、催化劑性質的影響,同時對裝置的物料平衡、熱平衡進行分析。
