畜牧業環境污染形勢及治理對策

摘要 改革開放以來，我國畜牧業發展迅速，涌現出大量超大規模的畜牧養殖企業，造成了嚴重的環境污染。重點分析了畜牧業對大氣環境、水體、農田土壤的污染形勢，并提出了針對中國畜牧業環境污染治理的對策，以減少畜牧業養殖對環境的污染。

Abstract The animal husbandry in China has developed rapidly since the reform，and as a result，a large number of super-large-scaled animal rearing enterprises have emerged.The expansion of the animal husbandry has triggered aggravation of animal husbandry polluting problem to the environment.The current situation of livestock pollution to the atmospheric environment，water andfarmland soil has been reviewed，and some proposals for policy-making in the aspect of management of the environmental pollution from the animal husbandry in China had been recommended，in order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by livestock farming.

改革開放以來，我國畜牧業取得了顯著的發展成就，畜產品總產量和人均產量均大幅增加，畜牧業產值在農業總產值中的比重大幅提高。畜牧業飼養模式的轉變直接導致了我國畜禽糞便排放密度增加、農牧脫節嚴重，對環境造成嚴重威脅。

1 畜牧業環境污染形勢

1.1 畜牧業對大氣環境的污染

畜牧業對大氣環境的污染主要表現在2個方面，即畜牧業引起的溫室效應和畜禽糞便造成的惡臭。據研究，畜牧業造成的溫室氣體排放量占世界總排放的51%以上，遠超過原本位居第一的能源生產的比例（21%），成為導致全球氣候變暖的元兇之一。據報道，牲畜等的排泄物也會污染環境。畜牧場散發出的惡臭味中含有168種臭味化合物，主要為酮類、醇類、醛類、胺類等，使周圍的環境嚴重污染[1-2]。

1.2 畜牧業對土地與水源的污染

隨著畜牧業的快速發展，牲畜養殖占據了地球30%的土地，而且有更多的土地與水資源被用于種植牲畜的飼料。很多地區為了養殖牲畜，大量砍伐森林，使其變成牧場，嚴重破壞了森林資源。此外，畜牧業更是破壞土地的罪魁禍首，約有20%的牧場用地因過度放牧、密集飼養牲畜與遭受侵蝕，地力被破壞殆盡。……
