豐都縣冬閑田氣候資源分析

摘要 對豐都縣1970—2008年冬閑田期間熱量≥0 ℃積溫、穩定通過10 ℃初終日、無效積溫、光照條件、降水變化趨勢等氣候資源進行分析。結果表明：根據豐都縣冬閑田期間的氣候條件，可以通過大力發展榨菜種植、秋種甜玉米、晚秋高粱等種植項目，以提高豐都縣冬閑田的利用率，改變冬季肉牛養殖青飼料的供給，促進肉牛養殖的發展，從而提高冬閑田利用率，提高農民收入。對指導豐都縣冬閑田開發、重要農事安排等具有重要意義。

Analysis on Climate Resources of Fallow Fields in Fengdu County

Abstract The heat ≥0 ℃ accumulated，stability through the early 10 ℃ day，ineffective accumulated temperature，light conditions，precipitation and other climate change trend resources during fallow fields from 1970 to 2008 of Fengdu County were analyzed.The results showed that according to the climatic conditions during the fallow fields in Fengdu County，it could improve the utilization of fallow fields in Fengdu County，change supply of green fodder for cattle breeding in winter，promote development of cattle breeding by developing mustard cultivation，autumn planting sweet corn，sorghum and other late fall planting projects to improve the utilization of fallow fields and increase farmers′ income.It had important meanings to guide the development of fallow fields in Fengdu County and important farming arrangements.

豐都是一個以山地為主的山區縣，其中丘陵占36%，低山占34.3%，中山占39.7%。豐都也是一個農業大縣，全年糧食播種面積7.33萬hm2，產量33.5萬t，其中水田面積2.33萬hm2左右。近年來，由于農村勞動力大量外出務工和農業產出效益不高，耕地拋荒現象較為普遍，表現明顯的是冬閑田面積較多。從最近調查結果來看，2012年全縣年末實有耕地面積7.33萬hm2，其中水田面積2.33萬hm2。2011年冬播面積3.16萬hm2，冬閑田面積1.43萬hm2；2012年冬播面積3.29萬hm2，冬閑田面積1.34萬hm2。分布在三合街道、名山街道、包鸞鎮、栗子鄉等30個鎮（鄉）、街道。壓縮冬閑田，開發冬季農業，提高土地資源利用率，增加農民收入，已成為豐都縣亟待解決的問題。

氣候資料來源于豐都縣國家一級氣候觀測站1970—2008年39年的觀測資料，分析資料來自于豐都縣國家基本氣候觀測站1980—2008年和豐都縣農業局冬閑田調查資料。
