商洛市土地利用結構與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展關系的研究

摘要 土地是人類社會發(fā)展的基礎，土地利用的根本目的是為了滿足人類社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要。因此，土地利用與社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間有著密切關系。本文以商洛市2006—2010年土地利用結構、數(shù)量變化以及主要社會經(jīng)濟指標的發(fā)展變化數(shù)據(jù)為基礎，利用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計和相關分析，對土地利用和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關系進行分析。結果表明：土地的利用變化對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有促進作用，主要經(jīng)濟指標中固定資產(chǎn)投資呈指數(shù)增長，GDP、工農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)值、城市居民可支配收入、農(nóng)村居民純收入等呈二次多項式增長；土地利用與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展密切相關，居民及獨立工礦用地、交通用地、水利用地與經(jīng)濟指標顯著極明顯，由此，對商洛市土地利用走向合理化發(fā)展提出相應建議。

Research on Relation Between Land Utilization and Economic Development in Shangluo City

Abstract Land is the basis of development of human society，the fundamental purpose of land utilization is to meet the needs of human social and economic development.Therefore，it has a close relationship between land utilization and socio-economic development.In this paper，based on the land utilization structure and quantity changes，and the main socio-economic indicators data of Shangluo City from 2006 to 2010，using mathematical statistics，correlation analysis，the relationship between land use and economic development were analyzed.The results showed that land utilization change could promote economic growth.Among main economic indicators，fixed asset investment showed exponential growth，GDP，industrial and agricultural output value，urban residents′ disposable income，net income of rural residents was a quadratic polynomial growth.Land use is closely related to economic development，residents and mining land，traffic land，water conservancy land and economic indicators significantly very obvious.Thus，It made the appropriate recommendations for Shangluo land utilization to rationalize development.

土地利用結構的變化與環(huán)境、資源、社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展密切相關。國際上對土地利用變化重要性的認識最早可追溯到19世紀60年代。古典經(jīng)濟學先驅威廉·配第1662年提出了“土地是財富之母，勞動是財富之父”的名言，從定性的角度衡量了土地和經(jīng)濟增長之間的關系[1]。關于土地利用與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展關系的研究，前人已經(jīng)做了大量研究工作，在深圳市、西安市、貴陽市等都有研究成果的發(fā)表[2-7]。由于在商洛地區(qū)研究多為土地利用結構優(yōu)化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展方面[8-11]，在土地利用與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展關系的研究尚未報道。本文以商洛市作為研究對象，著重研究土地利用結構和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間的關系和規(guī)律，旨在了解和把握土地利用變化的動態(tài)趨勢，進而指導經(jīng)濟活動，以達到經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的提高和土地可持續(xù)發(fā)展的雙重目的。……
