In recent years， the sales of the company have occupied a leading position in both domestic and overseas textile finishing industry thanks to its advanced technologies and excellent quality as well as timely adjustment of product designs according to customers demand. To further explore the international market， Yingyou made a decision to register “ZGL”， a more international logo， as the brand identity.“ZGL” is more and more recognized by domestic and foreign merchants accompanied by the continuous growth of Yingyou Textile Machinery.“ZGL” has been regarded by many as a synonym of high-end finishing equipment.

Carbon fiber developed for China

In 2006， Yingyou Textile Machinery took on heavy responsibilities in R&D， production， installation， and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in the carbon fiber project. In order to ensure the project could be completed on schedule， the experts and technical personnel of Yingyou Textile Machinery Research Institute led by Chi Yubin， GM of Jiangsu Yingyou Textile Machinery Co.， Ltd.， completed a total of more than 20，000 pieces of design drawings in just three months， with a rapid delivery to be processed.

Within four years， Yingyou Textile Machinery successfully accomplished the production and installation task of the production line with an annual output of thousands of tons of carbon fiber， with total production of more than 250 sets of various types of equipment. This process is of entirely independent design and manufacturing， installation and debugging， by the technical personnel of the company. It possesses fully independent intellectual property rights， and truly realizes the localization of carbon fiber， while at the same time， it is also a qualitative leap for Yingyou in the scientific and technological innovation ability.

In May of 2010， the carbon fiber project won national acceptance， and Yingyou Textile Machinery was awarded the first prize for scientific and technological progress by China National Textile and Apparel Council thanks to its significant contributions in the project.

Meanwhile， Yingyou accelerated the research and development of carbon fiber plastic composite through newly-set-up affiliated enterprises associated with carbon fiber. At present， a production line with an annual output of one hundred thousand carbon fiber bicycles is enjoying normal production as well as sales at home and abroad.

An innovation seeker

According to Chi Yubin， under the influence of global financial crisis， Yingyou made a bold decision to adjust product structures for the improvement and innovation of the existing products according to the market development trend， and concentrate strength on speeding up new product development. For the external， the company took more active measures in terms of sales. In addition， Yingyou Textile Machinery put a large number of efforts into research for the development of more energy-efficient and more intelligent equipment， which not only made much improvement and promotion in technology， but also put the new material — carbon fiber materials — into the products.

Even during the period when the market confidence was most severely impacted by the international financial crisis， Yingyou textile machinery products were still well accepted by the market with rising sales rather than falling. The latest generation of automatic magnetic-bar printing machine that uses Danfoss automation control is gradually replacing the imported， while the intelligent-control and strongpilling “MB331B-36 high-speed carbon fiber raising machine” as well as “SME485A high-speed carbon fiber brushing machine” that is a domestic initiative greatly enhances the technology content of textile machinery products from raw materials thanks to its innovative application of carbon fiber material in textile machinery. It is kicking off a new round of technological revolution that features “low carbon” in the whole machinery manufacturing industry.

Yingyous development objective in the next three to five years is the construction of a 100-million-yuan enterprise group， a modern complete set of textile machinery equipment production base， a carbon fiber production base with an annual output of 10 thousand tons， a carbon fiber composite material production base， and a carbon fiber bicycle production base with an annual output of millions.
