It can obviously reduce fibrous yarn forming rate if matching the suitable wire loop and improve the yarn quality.

The technology on surface guarantee the ciliiform of the cladding and thickness is above 8 μm. The cladding attaches firmly and will not fall after long using. The hardness of the surface can not less than 1050HV0.2 good staving quality and steady useful time is above 5 times than normal chrome ring. Therefore， it is extremely fit for the demand of compact-spun high count cotton yarn and high-count yarn and the first choice to be a substitute for the imported ring.
