最優孤島劃分下含分布式電源配電網可靠性評估

摘要:隨著智能電網的建設,大量分布式電源引入配電網后,配電網的供電情況發生了很大的變化,對其故障自愈策略也越來越重視。本文在計及風、光伏發電和負荷功率的隨機性的基礎上,建立最優孤島劃分模型,找出配電網各負荷點的可靠性指標的計算方法,并使用蒙特卡洛對配電網可靠性進行求解。最后通過對IEEE-RBTS BUS 6系統進行分析,驗證對含DG配電網采用最優孤島劃分的意義和其對系統可靠性評估的影響。本文從供電可靠性的角度,對含DG配電網的孤島劃分進行分析,為全面地評估含DG配電網供電可靠性和配電網故障自愈策略的制定提供了一定的理論依據。

Abstract:With the development of smart grid, a large number of distributed generations are connected to distribution network, which cause great changes in the power supply situation of distribution network, so the fault self-healing strategy is becoming more and more important. Based on the randomness characteristics of the load power, and wind and photovoltaic power generation, the optimal island partitioning model is built. In addition, the calculation method of reliability index on each load bus in distribution network is proposed, and the Monte Carlo method is used to solve the reliability index of distribution network. In the end, through analyzing the IEEE-RBTS BUS 6 system, the validity of the application of optimal island partitioning method to distribution network with DGs and its impact on reliability evaluation of distribution network are studied. In this paper, from the aspect of the power supply reliability, the island partitioning of distribution network with DGs is evaluated quantitatively, which provides certain theoretical basis for evaluating the power supply reliability of distribution network with DG and determining relative fault self-healing strategy.

隨著智能配電網的建設,各種信息和通信技術、電力電子技術和各種控制設備和分布式電源(distributed generation,DG)廣泛的應用和接入配電系統[1],對配電網可靠性產生了很大的影響[2-3],其故障自愈控制和可靠性評估也越來越得到電力部門的重視,最優孤島劃分就是故障自愈控制中的關鍵環節[4]。
在含分布式電源的配電網發生故障時,局部區域以孤島形式存在[5],僅由分布式電源(故障重構后要考慮聯絡線路的影響)實現區域內頻率和電壓控制,即實現有功和無功的平衡。……
