摘要:考慮電力用戶(hù)的多樣化供電需求和可再生能源DG出力隨機(jī)性,提出了面向用戶(hù)需求的DG與配網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架多目標(biāo)聯(lián)合規(guī)劃方法。根據(jù)用戶(hù)對(duì)供電電壓質(zhì)量和可靠性等多樣化的需求,對(duì)負(fù)荷需求整理分類(lèi);根據(jù)可再生能源DG出力的概率模型和機(jī)會(huì)約束規(guī)劃方法,處理不確定性問(wèn)題;以年社會(huì)成本、電壓偏移率和用戶(hù)停電缺失量綜合最優(yōu)為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了DG與配網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架多目標(biāo)聯(lián)合規(guī)劃模型。基于pareto優(yōu)化理論,采用多目標(biāo)混合粒子群算法和熵權(quán)修正的AHP-TOPSIS多屬性決策策略相結(jié)合的方法,求解模型。最后,利用算例驗(yàn)證所建模型的合理性和有效性。

Abstract:By considering the diverse power supply demand of electricity user and the stochastic characteristics of the DG power output, a multi-objective joint planning method for user demand-oriented DG and distribution network framework is presented. To meet the diverse demand for voltage quality and reliability of power supply, the load demand is classified. According to the probability model of renewable energy DG power output and chance-constrained programming method, the uncertainty problem is solved. With the comprehensive optimization of annual society cost, voltage deviation degree and power user outage loss as objective function, the multi-objective joint planning model for DG and network frame is built. Based on pareto optimization theory, the model is solved by using TOPSIS multiple-attribute decision-making strategy that combines the multi-objective hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm with the AHP and entropy weight modified method. In the end, the rationality and validity of the proposed model is verified by numerical calculation example.

在能源危機(jī)、環(huán)境污染和電能需求持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的背景下,可再生能源分布式發(fā)電(distributed generation,DG)以其節(jié)能環(huán)保等優(yōu)點(diǎn)備受青睞[1-3]。但是風(fēng)電(wind generation,WG)、光伏(photovoltaic,PV)等可再生能源DG出力具有隨機(jī)性,其高滲透率并網(wǎng),增加了配網(wǎng)不確定性,網(wǎng)損、電能質(zhì)量等[4-5]。此外,一方面,經(jīng)濟(jì)與科技的發(fā)展使得用戶(hù)對(duì)供電質(zhì)量的需求增加;另一方面,現(xiàn)代智能配網(wǎng)希望能夠?qū)﹄娏τ脩?hù)(包括負(fù)荷、DG等)實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)化地主動(dòng)管理[6-7]。因此,有必要研究新的科學(xué)方法對(duì)DG與配網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架進(jìn)行聯(lián)合協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃,充分發(fā)揮DG積極作用,提升配網(wǎng)供電質(zhì)量。……
