康柏西普輔助玻璃體手術治療增殖性糖尿病性視網膜病變的臨床療效

[摘要] 目的 對增殖性糖尿病性視網膜病變患者進行康柏西普輔助玻璃體手術治療，并研究其治療效果。方法 方便選取2014年4月—2015年4月該院64例增殖性糖尿病性視網膜病變患者，隨機分為觀察組和對照組兩組，均32例患者，分別進行康柏西普輔助玻璃體手術治療與玻璃體單純切除術。對患者的治療有效程度、血管內皮生長因子下降程度、手術中出血機率、手術指標通過專業數據分析軟件進行比較分析。結果 觀察組與對照組患者治療后各項數據分別為：術中出血率觀察組12.50%，對照組34.78%，觀察組明顯較對照組低；治療有效率87.50%與71.87%，觀察組有效率均高于對照組；治療后，觀察組血管內皮生長因子明顯低于對照組，手術時間和住院時間等手術指標均低于對照組數據分析，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 比較于玻璃體單純切除術，康柏西普輔助玻璃體手術治療增殖性糖尿病性視網膜病變效果更佳，可有效控制手術中出血，縮短患者住院及手術時間，減少痛苦，可作為有效方案在各地醫院推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of concomitant vitreous surgery on patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Methods Convenient selection 64 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group from April 2014 to April 2015， 32 cases of each group. And the observation group was treated with concomitant vitreous surgery， and the control group was treated by vitrectomy. Compared and analyzed the adverse reaction， the effective degree of treatment， the vascular endothelial growth factor， the effusion and hemorrhage effect， the operation index of the two groups. Results The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group；the rate of bleeding during operation of the observation group（12.50%）was significantly lower than that of the control group （34.78%）； the effective rate of treatment of the observation group （87.50%）was and higher than that of the control group（71.87%）.After treatment， vascular endothelial growth factor of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group； operation time， hospitalization time of the observation group were less than those of the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Comparing vitrectomy， concomitant vitreous surgery in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy can effectively control bleeding and adverse reaction， shorten hospitalization and operation time， and reduce pain. It can be used as an effective program in the promotion of local hospital .

增殖性糖尿病性視網膜病變（英文名diabetic retinopathy，簡稱PDR），又稱之為糖尿病眼病，在糖尿病人群中較為多發[1]。增殖性糖尿病性視網膜病變是糖尿病性微血管病變中常見的病理表現，眼底變表現出特異性病變，是我國乃至世界中老年糖尿病患者常見的疾病，給患者正常的工作與生活帶來了嚴重的不便[2]。……
