中醫(yī)針灸聯(lián)合中醫(yī)推拿綜合治療腰間盤(pán)突出癥效果分析

[摘要] 目的 對(duì)中醫(yī)針灸聯(lián)合中醫(yī)推拿綜合治療腰間盤(pán)突出癥的臨床效果予以分析和對(duì)比。方法 方便選取2014年1月—2015年9月期間于該院進(jìn)行治療的腰間盤(pán)突出癥患者54例，隨機(jī)分為兩組，分別為對(duì)照組和觀察組。對(duì)照組患者采用中醫(yī)針灸治療，觀察組患者采用中醫(yī)針灸聯(lián)合中醫(yī)推拿綜合治療。對(duì)兩組患者不同方式治療下的臨床療效進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果 觀察組患者臨床治療總有效率為96.29%明顯高于對(duì)照組患者臨床治療總有效率77.78%，且無(wú)明顯的不良反應(yīng)出現(xiàn)，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 采用中醫(yī)針灸聯(lián)合中醫(yī)推拿綜合治療腰間盤(pán)突出癥的效果明顯優(yōu)于單純的中醫(yī)針灸治療，兩者結(jié)合可有效的幫助患者改善臨床癥狀，提高治療效率，利于患者的身體快速恢復(fù)，值得我們?cè)谂R床上進(jìn)一步的推廣和使用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine and massage on lumbar disc herniation. Methods Convenient selection 54 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion， and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients under different treatment methods were compared and analyzed. Results Patients in the observation group the total effective rate of clinical treatment 96.29% was significantly higher than the control group in total effective clinical treatment 77.78%. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group， and no obvious adverse reaction occurred. the difference between the two groups was significant， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The combination of TCM acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation was significantly better than the simple acupuncture treatment， the combination can effectively help patients improve clinical symptoms and improve the efficiency of treatment， which will help the patient's body to recover quickly， it is worth We in clinical further promotion and use.

腰間盤(pán)突出癥（prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc）是臨床中較為常見(jiàn)的疾病，具有較高的發(fā)病率，隨著逐步深入對(duì)對(duì)腰間盤(pán)突出癥的了解，其臨床癥狀可根據(jù)椎管病理特點(diǎn)、矢狀徑大小、機(jī)體狀態(tài)和個(gè)體敏感性以及髓核突出的大小、部位等不同而相差懸殊。因此，必須全面了解本病癥狀的認(rèn)識(shí)與判定，并從其病理解剖與病理生理的角度加以推斷。腰間盤(pán)突出癥癥在治療后很容易引起復(fù)發(fā)，導(dǎo)致壓迫神經(jīng)。該研究通過(guò)2014年1月—2015年9月期間于該院進(jìn)行治療的腰間盤(pán)突出癥患者54例分為兩組，分別以不同的方法治療，對(duì)兩組患者的臨床療效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析，并取得了一定臨床效果，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。……
