整體護理在普外科腹腔鏡手術中的干預效果

[摘要] 目的 研究分析圍手術期整體護理在普外科腹腔鏡手術中的干預效果。方法 方便選取該院普外科于2014年8月—2016年8月收治的140例行腹腔鏡手術患者，將其隨機分為觀察組和對照組，觀察組70例患者實施常規護理，對照組70例患者實施圍手術期整體護理，對比兩組患者護理效果。結果 觀察組的住院時間（5.01±1.34）d、術后下床活動時間（8.25±3.72）h、護理滿意度98.57%以及并發癥發生率5.71%均優于對照組（7.15±1.53）d、（13.31±3.28）h、78.57%、24.29%，同時，護理后觀察組的SDS評分（46.24±1.57）分、SAS評分（47.33±2.58）分均顯著低于對照組（57.37±1.66）分、（59.70±2.89）分，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 在普外科腹腔鏡手術中實施舒適護理，可以提高護理質量，改善患者的不良情緒，降低并發癥的發生情況，值得推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of perioperative holistic nursing intervention on laparoscopic surgery in Department of general surgery. Methods Convenient selection 140 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital department of general surgery from August 2014 to August 2016， which were randomly divided into observation group and control group， the observation group of 70 patients with routine nursing care， the control of perioperative holistic nursing care group 70 patients， compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results Observation group of length of hospital stay（5.01±1.34） d， postoperative bed activity time （8.25 ±3.72）h and the degree of nursing complication rate of 98.57% and 5.71% were superior to the control group（7.15±1.53）d，（13.31 ± 3.28）h， 78.57%， 24.29%， at the same time， the observation group after nursing， SAS， SDS score（46.24 ±1.57）points（47.33±2.58）scores were significantly lower than the control group （57.37±1.66） points，（59.70 ± 2.89）point，Was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of comfortable nursing in the Department of general surgery in laparoscopic surgery can improve the quality of care， improve the patient's bad mood， reduce the incidence of complications， it is worth promoting.

腹腔鏡手術是普外科較為常見的一種手術方式，該術式可減少并發癥的發生，加快恢復時間等，但因患者在術前會產生緊張、焦慮、抑郁等不良情緒對治療和預后效果產生一定的影響，因此實施有效的護理模式具有重要的臨床價值[1]。該次研究方便選取該院普外科于2014年8月—2016年8月收治的140例行腹腔鏡手術患者，作為研究對象，分為兩組，分別采取不同的護理方式，探討圍手術期整體護理在普外科腹腔鏡手術中的干預效果，獲得較為滿意的結果，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

方便選取該院普外科收治的140例行腹腔鏡手術患者，將其隨機分為兩組，對照組70例，男32例，女38例，25～60歲，平均年齡（44.3±5.8）歲。觀察組70例，男33例，女37例，年齡23～62歲，平均年齡（43.9±6.1）歲。……
