

[摘要] 目的 研究微生物臨床檢驗(yàn)和細(xì)菌耐藥性的監(jiān)測(cè)要點(diǎn)。方法 選取2014年2月—2016年6月該院臨床上分離出的200株致病菌的耐藥性與敏感性臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 致病菌株共有200株,革蘭陽(yáng)性球菌125株,革蘭陰性桿菌75株。革蘭陽(yáng)性球菌主要為葡萄球菌屬,革蘭陽(yáng)性球菌主要為銅綠假單胞菌、鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌、大腸埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌,不同的致病菌采用不同的抗生素進(jìn)行耐藥性及藥敏性檢測(cè),進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)論 在臨床微生物檢驗(yàn)與細(xì)菌耐藥性監(jiān)測(cè)中,需要掌握好實(shí)時(shí)明確的細(xì)菌耐藥性變遷狀態(tài),根據(jù)細(xì)菌耐藥性情況指導(dǎo)臨床合理使用抗生素藥物,達(dá)到有效控制院內(nèi)感染的指導(dǎo)作用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical monitoring and antimicrobial susceptibility monitoring of microbes. Methods From February 2014 to June 2016, we retrospectively analyzed the drug resistance and sensitivity of clinical isolates of 200 pathogenic bacteria isolated from our hospital. Results There were 200 strains of pathogenic bacteria, 125 strains of Gram - positive cocci and 75 strains of gram - negative bacilli. Gram-positive cocci mainly Staphylococcus, Gram-positive cocci mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, different pathogens using different antibiotics for resistance Drug sensitivity and drug sensitivity testing, analysis. Conclusion In the monitoring of clinical microbiology and the monitoring of bacterial resistance, it is necessary to master the real-time clear change of bacterial resistance status, and guide the rational use of antibiotics according to the situation of bacterial resistance, to guide the effective control of nosocomial infection.

細(xì)菌耐藥性是細(xì)菌抗菌藥物會(huì)產(chǎn)生耐受性,當(dāng)細(xì)菌產(chǎn)生耐藥性后,使用抗生素藥物治療的患者會(huì)對(duì)藥物產(chǎn)生抵抗,從而影響藥物作用的發(fā)揮。臨床研究發(fā)現(xiàn),多重耐藥菌是臨床生物檢驗(yàn)工作中的重點(diǎn),注重臨床微生物檢驗(yàn)和細(xì)菌耐藥性的監(jiān)測(cè)要點(diǎn),同時(shí)對(duì)微生物檢驗(yàn)工作人員的專(zhuān)業(yè)水平及質(zhì)量有較高的要求,對(duì)抗菌藥物進(jìn)行規(guī)范使用,加強(qiáng)臨床微生物檢驗(yàn),著重加強(qiáng)細(xì)菌耐藥性的監(jiān)測(cè),避免抗生素濫用情況的發(fā)生[1]。該次就2014年2月—2016年6月將該院臨床上分離出的200株致病菌為分析對(duì)象,對(duì)200株致病菌的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析,分析致病菌的耐藥性及藥敏性的監(jiān)測(cè)要點(diǎn),現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下?!?br>
